We originally got the grandparents one so they could see their grandkids. The app makes it easy to let pretty much anyone add photos to the frame, and you can easily post to multiple frames at the same time. The sensors work well to turn off the screen when no one is around or at night, and it looks good too. Downsides are it doesn't link to many photo services other than Google, but there is a web page for loading photos from a PC. It cannot be wall hung. The cord is proprietary so if it's not long enough you have to use extension cords vs if it were a generic USB-C cable, and the app is slow to load. In the end though I've liked them so much we have our own now and have gotten them for other family too. We have the ability to take photos so easily now, the Aura makes it just as easy to display them.

I never leave reviews but this is such a great product that I had to share our experience. My mom is in assisted living and my siblings live in other states. Any of us can load new photos via an app on our phones and show them to my mom on her frame. It is such a treat for my mom (who has dementia) to see new pictures of her grandchildren pop up without having to wait for a physical photo to arrive in the mail. The app also shows which photo is currently being displayed on the frame so if my mom isn’t quite sure who is in the picture we can look on the app and help her remember who they are. The setup was intuitive and the frame was functional in minutes. This is a great gift for family who live out of town and especially for older relatives who can’t receive photos by text or email.

So often my wife and I have a plethora of grandkid pics on our phones but we rarely review them. This has created a simple and seamless way for us to always keep those fantastic memories within view whenever we’re in our kitchen! We invited our 4 kids to contribute to the unlimited, free cloud storage and they have all uploaded the favorite photos of our 11 grandchildren! We find ourselves giggling as we get to even watch their antics on the videos they have submitted.

Very easy to set up. AURA customer service is the best I have ever encountered across ALL businesses. After 1year, my first Aura frame failed and went dark. The company sent (FedEx) me a brand new device within a couple days at no charge, and included a FedEx prepaid labe to return the failed device. When this device was plugged in, and had the VERY convenient feature of the ability to transfer the several hundred picked from the failed frame to the new one saving me a huge number of hours of reproducing the original uploads. A great product from a great company.

I’ve tried others, but this frame is the best so far. Great picture, easy to share photos via phone. Can also organize multiple frames through the app. Perfect gift for those family members without a smart phone.

Super easy to set up and invite other family members to add photos. Mom loves it and it turns off automatically when it is dark. Does all it says it will do and we're happy customers. I am thinking to get one for myself as well.
