    • It was OK, but not what I expected
This deep conditioner was okay but it was a little disappointing. It has pretty good slip to it and it allowed me to detangle my hair nicely, but after I rinsed it out my hair did not feel as moisturized as it does with some of my other deep conditioners. It was nice, but I do not think that I will purchase it again. But because of the price, it's ok..... I didn't enjoy the smell. But it's tolerable. ... show more

    • Leaves hair soft and strong
After using this product on my hair for a few weeks I have noticed less breakage , soft curls and strength in my hair. I have 4c coily curls and it does magic for me. I have tried several other products and this one by far has worked. Would definitely recommend.

    • Smells bad, nice bouncy curls but frizzy
I have only used this product once so far and haven't completely decided if I like it. I have 2C hair that gets very dry, and one immediate worry I had was that the product would be too heavy and weigh down my curls, but it was not at all. If anything my hair was curlier than usual after deep-conditioning and definitely had a lot of bounce and shine. On the OTHER hand, frizz city! I washed the product out very thoroughly in the shower after 10 minutes and noticed on my wet hair a very waxy, sticky feeling which I thought was strange. It dried soft with none of the residue I was worried about in the shower. Also the smell is very strong and soap-like, not particularly pleasant and a little off-putting for a hair product. The smell stuck around until my hair was fully dry. I'll also point out that my hair often responds strangely to conditioners and I can have a very hard time finding a product that works for me personally. ... show more
