I had originally purchased this green bowl last year in April 2024. It is fantastic bowl for salads and other dishes and really like the lid covering and the utensils have a place on top of the lid. Unfortunately during a move couple of months ago, one of the utensils slip out and broke. I thought I would try to contact the seller to see if I could purchase replacement utensils. They were vere communicative from the beginging and sent me a set of utensils along with a new bowl. I was very surprised and pleased of the out come, when I really wasn't expecting any resolution. Good investment for me. I eat a 3-3.5QT bowl of minced produce almost every day, and had been using a plastic mixing bowl. Now I don’t have to worry about shaving tiny particles of plastic into my food every time I eat. The color is beautiful. The lid is kinda for show, as others have stated it doesn’t seal. I bet you could throw a band of thin adhesive rubber weather stripping around the base of the lid for a better fit, but the lid is just a bonus. Bowl was a little pricey but for something 8 will use indefinitely that’s good quality, good size and nice to look at, I’m keeping it for the long haul. ... show more

My husband eats a lot of salad. One serving for him is a giant mixer bowl that would normally be 6-8 servings. He’s constantly using my mixing bowls and sometimes doesn’t eat all the salad he’s prepared and puts my mixing bowls, uncovered, in the fridge. Then k have nothing to make cookies in and his salad gets wilted and smells up the fridge. So I bought him this so he could have his own bowl and not keep using mine and the bonus is that it comes with a lid that fits snugly to seal out moisture and seal in odors from his blue cheese dressing. Very easy to use, the bowl is large enough for my big family, but can be used for smaller salads that need to be stored for just the two of us. It really is a very good value for what it cost, and makes a great deal of sense that you can carry the bowl and serving utensil all at the same time.
