I will have to say, after months of use through out the seasons, as well as being operated both inside my RV and outside during summer months, it still functions great, like new. Totally withstood the elements and was easy to move around as needed. This item really held true to its description and has been a huge help and money saver. Highly recommend for anyone in smaller dwellings or with small children ! This one is the larger capacity and it will thoroughly wash 3/4ths of a regular load of clothes, Spin dryer works great as well, allthough you can not put your entire washed load in all at once. It is very quiet, so I dont worry about waking my neighbors late at night when outside . Easy to clean, durable, light weight enough to maneuver and move locations all by myself. The pump is a great feature, as you have option of draining water up and over obstacles in needed. All around, I am very satisfied with this product. This portable washing machine has really been a life saver and does not take up much of the limited space that I have. ... show more

  • PERFECT for apartment dwellers!
Size: 28lbs capacity
I have trialed and errored this thing for 9 months so you wont have to! If you are on the fence about getting one of these washers I suggest you look them up on tiktok - you will find alot of brands and reviews. I ultimately chose this one because of its larger size AND because it has a drain pump to help push the water out (some of them only drain by gravity) First I'll start with the tricks I've learned that make this thing much easier to use SHOWER HEAD - the little hose it comes with is okay, but it takes around 10 minutes to fill up that way and getting it to stay on the sink without falling off or leaking is a pain. Getting a deatchable shower heard cut fill time to about 4 minutes. DRAIN HOSE - FIRST - its probably better to drain it in the toilet due to the amount of lint that drains out with the dirty water. If not, make sure you have a hair catcher or something over your drain so you can stop the excess lint going down the tub drain. I clogged my drain a couple times before I learned this less. i ALSO didnt realize until about a month ago that you can turn the washer over and move the drain hose from the right to the left side depending on where you want to drain it. So for a while I was moving it back and forth to fill it and drain it, but now I've got that figured out. EXTENSION CORD - the cord on this is pretty short so an extension cord will probably be neccesary. SHOWER ROD and BOX FAX - get a second shower rod and hang your clothes there, set up a box fan to speed up drying. If you get a drying rack, use it for small things or you will run out of room fast. Now the actual review - I freaking love this little washer. You do have to kind of "babysit" it - meaning you have to manually fit it up, run it for 15 minutes, drain it, manually fill it up and run it again to rinse the clothes, drain it, then manually spin it. But it beats always going to the laundry mat. The larger size is ideal for me because I can do about a half of a full basket of laundry at the time - i just cant spin it all at once so I usually spin half (1 to 3 times depending how much water the items are holding on it) then while im spinning the second half of the load I start refilling it with water to start the next load. You dont need to use very much laundry soap at all! I am guilty of using too much in normal machines but you need very little for this washer. Same with softener (add that to the rinse cycle). Its a little heavy because of its bigger size so its kind of a pain to move it back into the closet when im done, but if you have a larger bathroom you might not even need to move it. ADHDers beware - dont walk away from this thing while youre filling it up UNLESS you have the drain hose set up where it will drain to already. I overfilled this twice and slightly flooded my bathroom because I walked away from it without setting a timer. The good news is that when it overflows its draining from the hose, so if you set up the hose where its in the tub or toilet already, it wont overflow onto the floor. When im done with it, I hoist it up on the side of the bathtub so that the drain hose is completely below it and drain the last bit of water into the bathtub. The pump is strong but theres always a little water left at the bottom so this step is neccesary to make sure theres no water in the bottom when you put it away. I generally dont wash blankets or bedding in it (aside from pillow cases) mostly because I dont have the space to hang them to dry really. But I have seen reviews on tiktok of people who do so it might be possible! it also just depends on if the blanket would fit into the spin side when its fully wet. Ill end my review by saying this - while the washer is AMAZING - sometimes it will be easier to still go to the laundry mat if you have alot of laundry to do. It takes about 1-1.5 hours for me to do a load (with distractions and multitasking of course) so if I have a weeks worth of clothes for two people to wash, it may be an all day activity to get it done in the little washer. But I will still be using this thing the majority of the time. ... show more

  • I could not more highly recommend this unit for small apartments
Size: 28lbs capacity
Phenomenal. This little machine has improved my quality of life tenfold. It’s paid for itself In convenience after the very first test load. The spinner works beautifully and I find myself actually gasping at how fast my clothes are dry. I will gladly accept how loud it is (and it is quite noisy in this small apartment) for its efficacy and convenience. I wouldn’t push the motor very hard either. I can conclusively say it will clean your dailies well, and quickly. Like from dirty to hung and dry within maybe an hour if your room is well ventilated. It will connect to a washer /dryer hookup, but I’d invest in better hoses. I had to elevate the unit to reach my drain access ... show more

  • Do laundry in your own home
Size: 28lbs capacity
The media could not be loaded. I live in an apartment right now. I am about to move into a small camper. So I cannot utilize a full size washer or dryer. This is the second portable washer I have purchased from Amazon. The first one was a little bit smaller than this, and felt even cheaper. This machine is made mostly from plastic. I included lots of pics to try and demonstrate the unit. You can see in one of the pictures because of the poor way they have set it up to hold the water inlet hose onto your faucet, I had to rig a system with zip ties. And this one was better than the last one lol. The last one was literally just a plastic cone that was supposed to somehow magically fit and stay on everyone's faucet? LOL these look more like toys for children than actual machines for grown ups. But it's better than hand washing for sure! Some of them come with lint catchers, like this one. But as you can see in the picture of those black socks, it does almost nothing. So I have implemented a fabric and installed it in the lint catcher, and it actually catches some lint now. But be warned, if you're going to be draining this into your home plumbing, you will want to keep an eye on the land. You don't want your drains filling up with that mess and getting clogged! The union is fairly easy to maneuver by itself. It doesn't weigh that much. I have it sitting on top of my cooler to make it easier to access. What I find I have to do is wash the clothes once and detergent, then rinse them three or four times to keep getting them clean. I just go by how the water looks. About four washes and they are good for me. Then you put some of them in the little spinner, turn it to 5 minutes and let her bump. The clothes come out almost dry, just a little damp. Hang them up and a few hours later they're good to go. As you can see from one of the pictures, the entire thing is wrapped in a clear vinyl. I really really wish the manufacturers would not have done it that way. They wrapped it and then finished assembling the outside pieces, so you would literally have to disassemble this thing to get all the plastic wrap off. That's just poor design and execution only manufacturer's part. Also, you can look at all the ones on Amazon like I have, and see that most of them are going to be extraordinarily lacking in the area of attaching the water inlet hose to your faucet. But at least this one has a lint catcher, that I can get to work okay for my situation. another reason I bought this one is because it's the biggest one I could find. I'm a single middle-aged male, and I dress very simply. I wear the same clothes every week for work. They do not get that dirty. So for me this gets them clean as I need and I don't have to go and spend all that extra money like I was doing at the laundromat. So it still takes some time and elbow grease utilizing this machine, but at least I'm able to do it in the comfort of my home. Oh yeah another thing, the small round plastic piece that is intended to go on top of the clothes while they are in the spinner is essentially useless I have found. It's not like the clothes are flying out the top, especially since there is a cover on top of it. At least this one fits inside the spinner though lol. The first one I bought that little plastic piece would not even fit inside there to go on top of the clothes so it was 100% worthless. Either way, I do not use this on top of the clothes and the spinner and have no issues. When you use this for the first time and drain it you will think it's done because no water will come out for a good 15 to 20 seconds, but just wait there's more. It'll give one last hoorah and a lot more will drain out. When you are done with it and if you have to move it to storage, pay attention because there will be some water left in the drain hose I assure you of that. What I do when I'm done is pick the unit up and set it on the sink, so that it will drain out. Now some of them do not have a drain engine, so they will be 100% gravity fed. This one is like a full size unit though. You turn the knob to drain and a motor engages and pushes the water out. That is a big selling point for me. Otherwise draining it would be even more tedious as you would have to have this units up and then have the drain hose in a lower position for gravity to remove the water. As you can see on that one picture, I have the drain hose put through the top of a bottle that is full of water so that it holds it in the sink. Anyway I know this is a long review, I just want people to know the details. Amazon is amazing for offering us many many products, but as we all know, many of the products are not worth a crap. This one is okay. I will recommend it, hope this review helps. ... show more
