Quality compact set at a very reasonable price
Color: Grey Size: 1.5 cu.ft + 18 lbs
I love this little set! The washer holds quite a bit more than I expected! I can wash a dozen extra large t-shirts in it with no problem! Give or take a couple of shirts I would say that it holds between half, and three quarters as big of a load as a regular full size washer. I can wash 4 pairs of jeans in it whereas my old full size washer could hold about 7 or 8 pairs. In my opinion I would not expect this washer to do well with REALLY dirty clothes, but If you don't get your clothes really dirty, just average wear, this washer is perfect for you! Especially if you're single like myself. As far as bedding, it's pretty much just one top and one bottom queen size sheet set at a time if you want to give them a fairly good wash that is. I like the little dryer as well. I normally hang my clothes outside on a line to dry but I bought this set because a washer about the same size goes for only a little less than I could get this set for...so I went for the set. The dryer holds more than you would expect as well. It works well but don't expect it to get super hot. That is just fine with me because when I dry shirts I don't want the dryer to get super hot anyway because I end up shrinking my shirts! Anyway, although I have a place in my condo to put a washer, the hook-ups and drain pipe, but there isn't a vent to hook the dryer vent hose up to...Otherwise I would have just kept the compact stacked GE washer dryer that I already had and put it there! When I do use The dryer I just set this new little dryer on the floor in front of my open patio door and let the vent hole just blow out through the screen door. Anyway, for the price this set beats the hell out of dragging all of my crap up and down 2 flights of stairs to get it all up and down from the laundry room which is also 2 buildings away! As an added bonus, The customer service is nothing short of excellent! The 1st set that I received had been damaged by the shipper and didn't work properly. I emailed the seller and they promptly emailed me back concerned about my problem! They immediately offered me a full refund or they offered to send me a new washer (the washer was what was damaged) I was leery about asking for another washer because I figured that I would have to ship the damaged one back, but they told me that they would send me out another washer and I didn't have to send the damaged one back! What a relief! I received my new washer in perfect condition a couple of days later...now that's customer service! ... show more

Great Customer Service, Amazing Washer and Dryer, Buy Only Auertech!
Color: Blue Size: 1.5 cu.ft + 18 lbs
I am a genuine Amazon customer, not being paid to advertise products or rate products. This is my genuine, honest rating and recommendation. Firstly, Auertech company is a fair company. Their customer service representatives are polite and professional, and they will work with their clientele in conflict-resolution, assist in troubleshooting, suggest repairs and/or replacements. Additionally, Auertech company honours their one-year warranty on all of their products. Delivery was speedy and carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Secondly, my Husband had bought Auertech’s combo portable washer and dryer in Blue for my birthday. Installing the portable washer is quick and easy. The portable washer cleans clothes so extremely well; as you will see by the evidence of large amounts of soil and dirt in the water emanating from the attached plastic drain hose. The powerful motor spins clothes so efficiently where you do not need an extra spin, resulting in the convenience of clothes drying in the dyer within a short time span. Once the clothes have stopped spinning, it signals the cutest melody! The portable washer is cleverly designed; artfully sleek and compact for small spaces, both in width and height, whilst washing clothes comfortably at 15 to 18 lbs., (never overload the washer in order to extend the life of the washer). The built-in lint filter picks up all the hairs from our 4 cats, (be sure to remove all the lint and hair after every wash). Thirdly, the portable dryer is Amazing! The dryer is also artfully sleek and compact in design and is straightforward in use. It dries your clothes within a reasonable time frame, (never overload the dryer in order to extend the life of the dryer). At one point, the heat was slow, but my Husband told me to level the table because all home appliances must be leveled properly for it to function efficiently. Once my Husband leveled the table, the dryer began to once again function efficiently. Once, I had dried clothes ranging from a small to medium load and my clothes dried in 4 minutes! The lint filter attracts lint and hairs incredibly well. Furthermore, you can buy replaceable dryer lint filters on Amazon for a good price. In summation, again as a reiteration, I am a genuine Amazon customer, not being paid to advertise or rate products. Auertech’s portable washer and dryer is the Best on Amazon’s marketplace for its Customer Service, Efficiency and Beauty! Buy only from Auertech! ... show more

The washer and dryer came in perfect condition. It was well packaged. I keep the washer on a wheeled cart to make it easy to move around. It is not extremely heavy but it is much easier to move on wheels of you need to move it to a different location for storage. I have washed about 20 loads of clothes and it is amazing. The spin cycle really gets the water out. I have had loads come out that feel almlst completely dry. It washes really well and was easy to hook up. The dryer is great and works faster than I thought it would. The noise of the washer I would say is pretty standard. I don't have any compaints. My neighbors below me have not been bothered by it when I am using it. I absolutely love this combo and it worth every dime that I spent. Absolutely lovely!! The company has been very responsive and informative when I have had questions. I wanted to know if they had replacement filters for the washer and dryer. They also communicated with me when my items were shipped and let me know that they would be in separate boxes. ... show more

Decent set
Color: Blue Size: 1.5 cu.ft + 18 lbs
This is a nice set, works really well for my apartment. The washing machine works great, but the dryer not so much. The dryer only holds half the capacity of the washing machine, so you can really only do small loads at a time, and since the dryer is so small, everything comes out wrinkled, because there isn't really room for the laundry to fluff out in the dryer. It also takes 3 hours to get a load dry, which is super inconvenient. But it gets the job done. I had to run the dryer vent out of my kitchen window and unfortunately it doesn't come with any type of hardware for mounting the vent, such as the accordion style plastic guard to close off the remainder of the window. So you have to improvise on the vent situation. I'd really just like the dryer to match up to the washer. ... show more

Product misrepresented on Amazon

This mess cost me close to $700. The Amazon description of this combo says for an rv however the washer manual (attached) says it can't be used in an rv. If I ignored the usage stipulation in the washer manual, it could void my warranty. I had to return it to the seller. I received no prepaid shipping label and had to return the product at my expense. Note that the seller only offered a partial refund. ... show more

A brand you can trust
Color: Grey Size: 1.5 cu.ft + 28 lbs
This machine is the perfect setup for a small space. The dryer is fairly quieter than I expected and the filter catches all the lint. Setup instructions are easy to understand. Easy to operate. The washer I was sent had a minor issue that made it not want to fill and I reached out to support and was contacted same day and sent a replacement. It takes around 4 minutes to fill so it doesn’t use too much water. It’s light and portable enough to lift by hand. My clothes came out way cleaner than the laundromat I’ve been using which surprised me. For a small machine, this thing performs pretty great ... show more

Good purchase- happy.
Color: Grey Size: 1.5 cu.ft + 18 lbs
Update: 9 months later, both machines are still working and I'm still super happy with my purchase. :) 7/2026. Original purchase 10/2025. Good purchase, I would recommend. I had purchased a regular washer hose to hook up to the washer hookup and it works perfectly. The hose that comes with it, will not work for washer hook-up in the laundry room. I purchased this because its just me and one other person and we don't need a thousand + dollar washer machine. With all the "smart" options on one of those, they break down frequently and normally after the warranty runs out. This is affordable, smaller, does the job and doesn't take up so much room. Noise level is not bad - same noise as regular washer/dryer. We can move easily if needed. Drying time takes a bit longer due to it being smaller than a regular dryer but I'm not standing around waiting for my laundry to dry anyway. So I load, walk away check and turn on again if needed. Very pretty machines. They look high quality and clean. No issues so far. Im definitely sticking to these smaller , portable washer dryer from now on. ... show more
