  • Solid, excellent build. Does a great job cleaning, and spin-drying, a large amount of clothing.
Size: 18 lbs
I've had this machine for only a few days now, and have done 3 loads of laundry. Here are my impressions, plus a few warnings. Compared to several other portable washers; this is a heavy machine. That's not at all a criticism...merely an observation. Based on other reviews I read before purchasing, I also bought a dolly. If you're gonna stick it in one spot and never move it again, then don't waste your money on a dolly. But for someone like me--I will move it from a storage area to my bathroom each time I do a load--a dolly is a life-saver. Add on about $20 for that. The length of the power cord will be fine for some people. But not for my own setup, so I also bought an extension cord "extension." Make sure to get one that is heavy duty, and designed for washing machines, dishwashers, etc. I do wish that the drain hose was another 2 feet longer. It *just* barely fits where I need it to go, but if I can find a reliable extender for this hose, I'll definitely buy that as well. What I like: 1. This is a serious machine. It can fit a lot of clothes inside, and it got everything clean. 2. I returned the previous model of portable washer due to that one's inability to get the soap out of my clothes. I bought this model specifically because it has a rinse cycle, and it works GREAT. Soap totally removed. 3. This model has several programs, which you can pick. Or, you can pick just one thing (eg, just a spin cycle; just a soak cycle). I don't think I'll be using these much, or possibly at all. My plan is to use a regular cycle (wash, rinse, spin dry), and that's probably perfectly good for my needs. But I'm a guy. It's nice that there are several different programs, and allowing for different amounts of clothing, for the more fussy user. LOL. 4. The spin cycle is great. Got my clothes 95% of the way dry. A few hours sitting on the clothesline, and I was good to go. Note: Many of the less expensive machines (like the one I owned for a few days before buying this one) have a completely separate compartment for this spin cycle. The one I had was *tiny* and I had to divide my washed clothes into 4-5 separate dries. With this machine, it does the soaking, washing, rinsing, and spin-drying in the same place. 6. There is a risk of flooding, and--in my experience--it's totally the fault of the user. Here was my experience on Day One. I set up the machine in my bathroom, as that was the only sink with a faucet the correct side to connect the "water in" hose. I also put the end of the draining hose into the same sink. After starting a wash, I walked away to do errands. Came back to find my bathroom was completely flooded. The draining hose was working perfectly, but the speed and volume of the draining water overwhelmed the drain on my sink, and it had quickly filled up and then overflowed. My fault! Attempt Two. I put the drain hose into a large bucket I had on hand. Again walked away, and came back to another flooded kitchen. This model uses A LOT of water, and a 5 gallon bucket is not nearly enough!!! My fault again. Attempt Three: I put the hose into my bathing tub. This worked just fine, and will have to be my solution going forward. No big deal (although, as said before, I wish this hose were 2 feet longer, so that it would not be such a tight fit. 7. Because my particular bathroom sink has one faucet that is fed by both hot and cold water, this means that I have the ability to do a warm-water or a hot-water wash. An unexpected bonus. (Instructions say to not put water higher than 125 F heat. No problem. So, in summary: Cons: Power cord and hoses are not as long as I wish. Must anticipate and accommodate for large volumes of water regarding draining. Pros: Fantastic job with the actual cleaning of the clothes. Ability to do cold, warm, and hot water washes. Spin cycle does a great job of getting you close to dry. Machine has several automatic programs available, plus the ability to select just one function, should you want just that. Machine feels solid and well-built. I also purchased the 3-year protection plan, but think it will last far beyond that. In my own apartment building, it costs $5.00 to do a washload. I am going to save a TON of money with this machine. ... show more

  • Works like a full size washer !!
Size: 35 lbs
This washer is a beast !! ... It's bigger than I thought and very powerful ... It washed my clothes as good or better than any washer I've ever used ... My clothes came out almost dry and my portable dryer dried them in 30 minutes ... It pumped out the water up and into my sink very efficiently ... For the power this machine has its really quiet ... I bought an appliance dolly on Amazon to put it on and it rolls around really easy and you just lock the wheels to use it ... Buy this washing machine and you will be as happy as I am to own it ... show more

  • This machine is life changing!
Size: 35 lbs
I am SO impressed with this washer!! I got the largest size and bought a base with wheels so I can easily move it into the bathroom on laundry day. It fits through the door just fine. It connects to my bathroom sink and I drain it right into the shower. No leaks. It comes with the adaptor for the sink and the hoses needed to operate. Setting it up and running the machine is so easy. It's great. The machine reminds me of a speed queen! Its got a very powerful agitator and constantly flips the clothes while the cycle is running. Everything gets washed thoroughly. It has multiple options for water levels and types of cycles. The spin is powerful. It's a regular washer that hooks up to a sink. I give it 10 stars and I am very particular about my laundry. The normal cycle washes the clothes for about 15 minutes and then it has 2 rinse and spin cycles after the wash and the rinse agitates the clothes for another 6 minutes for each rinse. I cant say how much water it uses but it does a fantastic job cleaning the clothes. You can fit half of a tall laundry basket in each load if you buy the large size machine. It handles queen sized bedding as well. I love my washer! Worth the money absolutely. No more laundromat for me! Life changing! ... show more

  • Great machine, we are using it as a washer for pet/animal laundry and it's perfect.
Size: 18 lbs
This is a decent little portable washing machine! We bought this machine as a second machine. We have 7 rescue animals and two of them shed badly. Our main machine is a Samsung front load and it holds pet hair like crazy. GROSS. So we bought this little machine to wash dog towels, blankets, beds etc. We ran 4 loads through it immediately. I was able to fit one throw blanket in at a time, it's not a huge washing machine. There was a little learning curve to it and installing it to our handheld shower was a little tricky but we got it set up. We have it next to a large jetted tub and ran the drain hose directly into the tub. You will need to secure it though as the water pressure can force the drain hose to move around possibly flooding your room. We purchased a separate silicone drip mat to put under it in the event it leaks at all as well. This machine is well worth the low cost. I am so glad we got it! ... show more

  • Fantastic little powerhouse of a washing machine!
Size: 18 lbs
I live in a small apartment without a washer or dryer, and I refuse to use a laundromat unless it's absolutely necessary. When I came across this small washer, I knew I had to give it a try, and I'm glad I did. It's easy to hook up to the kitchen faucet, and the seller does include an adapter for that purpose. You can also hook up to your bathroom sink or anywhere else you have a faucet and somewhere to drain soapy water responsibly. Instructions for hook-up and use are included; they are easy to follow. The machine is not very loud; I work on the computer five feet away from it, and it doesn't bother me. The spin cycle is smooth and quiet. Just make sure you level the machine before you use it (go through the instructions and you'll get it all set up correctly with no problem). When the load is done, the washer plays a little tune to alert you. This unit holds a surprising amount, and I am able to wash a week's worth of clothing for myself in one wash. This means a pair of pants, a few shirts, underwear, socks, sweatpants, a t-shirt, and a towel. You could put two bath sheets, hand towels, and wash clothes in one load. For bed stuff, I found that one full sheet (or fitted sheet) with four pillow cases is enough for a full load. There's room left over, so I think one queen or king sheet with pillow cases would also fit. It takes 39 minutes for one load, start to finish, on the settings I use. I've used detergent pods (one per load) and sheets (one per load), and either rinse out completely. I haven't tried powder detergent, but it should also be fine. To bleach, there is a soak setting that gives time for the bleach to do its thing. It rinses very well, and there are settings to adjust the water level and number of rinses. The load in the photo was extra dirty, and the rinse water was grey. I included a photo, but it's not as clear as I would have liked. I was also going to get a mini dryer, but this washer's spin cycle is so good that I only need to hang my clothes up in the apartment to dry. It weighs 46 pounds, and moving it around can be a struggle. I got a small wheeled mover and have the washer on that. After I'm done, I roll the washer into the closet. I recommend getting a mover unless you plan on leaving this machine in one spot. Some movers have leveling bubbles on each arm. I recommend finding one of those to keep your washing machine level and spin cycle smooth and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the drain hose is shorter than I would like, and when the washer drains, the pressure moves the hose. If it is not secured, it will spray water everywhere. I'm sure I could get an extension, but I just use twisties to tie the outlet hose to the water inlet hose, and that works fine for now. ... show more

  • It’s a great machine. Totally love it
Size: 14 lbs
IF Fedex can get one to you without destroying it (it took them two tries to get one to me without crushing it), it’s a great thing to have. I was concerned about its capacity at first, but I can throw my Key overalls, a flannel shirt, a couple of t-shirts and 4 days worth of socks and underwear in it and it can handle them just fine. Its size is part of why I bought it too. It’s just enough smaller than similar machines that it fits better in my teeny-tiny bathroom where space is at an ultra premium. It gets everything just a clean as the machines in my building’s laundry room too - and does it without any of the hassle or occasional ick of using a shared laundry. For me, it’s like having a laundry hamper that washes clothes and I don’t plan on ever doing without one. I love the thing LOL ... show more

  • Amazing little washer!
Size: 28 lbs
This little washer has been a game changer for me! I live in an apartment with no washer and dryer connections, and doing laundry was always a hassle. This washer easily connects to the faucet, has plenty of space, and does a great job of washing! It is just my 4 year old and I, so I can easily keep up with our laundry in this. Once you learn how to hook it up and operate it, it is actually quite simple to use. It has a lot of settings giving you the ability to really customize your wash. It will go through all the cycles on its on, but you can also start each cycle individually. Sometimes I like to do a second rinse, or maybe even a second wash cycle. I also like to turn on the spin again after it's done to make sure any excess water is out of the clothes to help cut down the drying time in my little portable dryer. The cons are 1.that the only place I can connect it in my apartment is the kitchen sink, so when I am washing I can't use the sink. 2. It is pretty big. In an apartment with no dedicated laundry space, finding a home for it out of the way can be a challenge. I definitely recommend getting the little 4 wheel dollie thing so that it is easy to move around. ... show more

  • If you're in the market for a washer, buy this one.
Size: 28 lbs
[**EDIT 7/7/26: Washer died on me randomly. Symptoms were that the tub would fill appropriately but would take up 5 mintues to begin agitation or spinning. This lead to a full failure. I thought I narrowed it down to the capacitor, cut and replaced with the correct one, but the failure persisted. After loads of diagnosing, it seemed that the motor died. I would change to a 1-star rating, but awesome customer service saved me, so I'm only reducing it to a 3-star since the machine did failed after 4 months of use. I messaged Auertech through Amazon and discussed my dead machine (there's a 24-hour time difference where I'm located so your messages will be read and replied during the night). After a polite back and forth, to my shock, they ended up sending me a new machine in-box at extra no cost, they even said I could do whatever with the old one! I salvaged everything good out of the old one for spare parts, and chucked the plastic body. The new one came in a week, and now I got a whole bunch of difficult-to-find spare parts on standby. I still don't know what killed my original machine (it could have been a lemon) but I do suspect it was too many back-to-back uses of the machine without giving the motor a chance to rest between uses, I did rapid fire loads many times. I'd recommend waiting at least a half an hour between loads so the motor can properly cool down, heat kills. Perhaps don't use it with the dryer also in use because that creates a ton of humidity and if they share the same enclosed space, that moisture can bridge gaps between the coils and cause shorts. The rest of my review is still relevant. This will likely be my last update on this for reasons but Auertech did me right and for that, I'm thankful.**] This machine is incredible and effective! It's handled every load I tossed at it with ease. It arrived in perfect condition and goes perfectly in the space I reserved for it, it is perfect for small living areas. After reading former reviews, I prepared ahead of time: got a steel braided hose to prevent leaks, I bought a spare belt just in case (attached a photo of the belt in case anyone needs a reference). It's portable, but not light weight, is about 70lbs so you may need help bringing up/down stairs -> get a dolly. The spin cycle is wicked fast + the "tub air dry" mode does an excellent job at making clothes slightly damp which accelerates the drying process (Euhomy 3.0). Clothes smell great! For an example, this cleaned stained baby waste (the worst kind) out of my son's clothes. Tips for better washing and longevity: 1) Do not cover the center impellor, it needs to be visible because of its vortex action. 2) Do not overfill the machine. Only 2/3 of the way full. You want to see a some of the steel drum beneath the rim. 3) Use less soap. This machine is doesn't need a lot of water making it efficient. Look for a milky color to the water with very slight bubbles as it runs, that color means that the detergent is successfully suspending body oils and crud. Use less soap than you think you need, add in extra as needed to find 'your' perfect measurement. Thick suds will strain the drain pump and cause premature failure, it's a difficult part to find. 4) Clean lint trap after every other wash. 5) Buy Washing Jax to help with the cleaning. *Do not buy agitator balls with the little nubs! They break off and get stuck in the lint trap. They could reach motor or transmission too, mine didn't as of my failure. 6) *Wait at least a half hour between loads to let the motor cool off. Heat and moisture can kill a machine and if the dryer shares the same tight space with minimal ventilation, don't run both at the same time, it gets humid quick, even with the indoor dryer vent kit; maybe even unplug the washer while drying if possible. I will be updating this review as the time goes. I loved this little machine but learned that it is more sensitive than I thought. Hopefully my advice helps the future and current owner. **I still recommend this machine but remember these caveats so your machine can live as long as possible. Guarantee that it also applies to similar models (like the Black&Decker) because they're all sisters to each other born from one of 3 primary oversea factories.** ... show more
