I like it. Fed ex destroyed the box, it was delivered upside down. I had no idea what to expect when opened. Surprised in perfect condition. Works great. I like it because it handles the heavy bath towels with ease. Really spins the water out. It’s very quiet, it does signal when the load ( not that loudly from another room) is completed. No jumping around on spin cycle. Which, I like. I am a single person in a small apartment, it fits into the space I needed to. It’s a big, little machine. I am pleased so far.

Excellent product quality materials and workmanship. I bought this to substitute for an expensive washing machine that I purchased but stopped working in just four months. Whirlpool ordered the part and offered to repair it under warranty, but week eight of no regular washing machine has passed. I ordered this machine just one week after my machine broke down, thinking I would give it to a grandchild when the other one was repaired. Now, I like this one much better. It is easy to use, does an extraordinary job cleaning clothes, holds a large, load and in every respect outperforms a larger much more expensive model. This would be an excellent choice for someone who does not want to spend a lot of money or use a laundromat. It is also a good choice for someone who does not have much room for a washer.

This thing works way better than I had expected. Although everything gets knotted together because it agitates funny, and you have to stop the cycle every couple of minutes to untangle everything. It's kind of big, not sure where I'm going to store it it in the rv, but I'll figure it out. The drain tube doesn't drain out all the way, but only about 8" of water stays in the tube and that's not a big deal. Could be how high i have to have the drain tube for now. But it's washing my clothes well, as long as i untangle them every 2-3 minutes

After looking at multiple apartment sized washers I decided to go with this one. The esthetics alone is a win! Top is smooth glass and sleek looking. Now to the important part. It washes very well. Loads take about 38 minutes to wash. I placed the washing machine along side my kitchen counter and had to order an extension drain hose. Now I don't have to move the machine which is great!!! Less of a hassle. Just hang the drain hose....connect the water intake hose and run it. Side note....it comes with the connector for the faucet, but eventually I will have to buy another one with a valve that allows me the option of using the faucet with normal flowing pressure and for the washing machine. For now I'm very content with the machine. No need to monitor the wash or switch clothes into another compartment to spin. I love it.....worth the price too!

This thing is a life changer. Being on the third floor having to run to the basement or laundromat to do a weekly load, sucked. You can fit a good size load in this. Runs smooth and quiet. For the price compared to others, I would definitely recommend this unit.
