    • I just wish I hadn't wasted my money on the Crosley cleaning kit
The brush is simple to use, economical, and quite effective at doing what it was designed to do, namely, sweeping away dust. I just wish I hadn't wasted my money on the Crosley cleaning kit. I would have given this product 5 stars except for 2 issues: 1) The brush isn't as effective at cleaning 45's. I haven't yet tried it on 78's 2) It's too compact. It's hard to avoid touching the bristles when moving the plastic guard. Not a big issue, but you do want to avoid getting the oil from your skin all over the carbon fibers. I would be happy to pay Audio Quest more money for a brush with a handle and some sort of simple trigger mechanism, but then again, maybe most people aren't as clumsy as I am. ... show more

    • Much better than the original brush
If, like me, you have been hanging onto your original Audioquest brush, I would suggest getting the new brush as soon as possible. I was skeptical the new brush would be any different but my old brush was just worn out and I figured what the heck why not. This brush does a much better job at removing dust as well as doing a better job with the static. It’s well worth the money just buy it. ... show more

    • It works well - just need to know how to use it
This brush removes dust that I didn't even know was on my records - they are unbelievably free of pops and crackles now. The trick for me was in figuring out how to use it. You have to use it in a way that it will brush the dust off the side of the record. If you lift if off the record, it will leave a neat line of dust on the record right where you lifted it off the surface. Follow the directions, but make sure you ultimately move the brush off the side of the record. As the manufacturer states, "it is great at attracting dust, but not great at lifting it."     • Nice Vinyl Record Brush
This is a nice vinyl record brush. Worth the money and easy to use. The only thing is it's designed for dry use only. You can't use it with a cleaning fluid. For that I still have a Discwather D3 brush.

    • Great for intended purpose
Just getting back into vinyl LPs, so putting together a cleaning kit was a must. Love this little brush for removing dust and particles prior to cleaning.

    • Good but not perfect
Nice brush but not perfect. 1st about the issues. When you start using it you will immediately see that it sheds a LOT of hair. A lot. So after trying to remove the hairs from the record, I just took a clean sheet of paper and brushed it back and forth for 10 mins. Even after that it continued to shed a few hairs each time I used it for probably 10-15 LPs but gradually it stopped after all the loose hair fell out…. Just be patient. 2nd imperfection is the handle: it is quite flimsy and if you are not careful it comes off quite easily. I wish they used screws or something to attach it and not just held in place by pressure and 2 plastic bumps. Now about the good: it works quite well. Easy to use and gets the dust off the record well. It looks nice and can sit next to your turn table ready to be used w/o looking too strange and out of place. Although I was tempted to return it when I just got it, after the shedding stopped I quite like it and will keep it. ... show more
