I am going to preface this with the fact that I am not an audio guy. I got this to maybe add some fun to the recorded course lectures that I make. This does more than I really needed and it has some fun things you can do with it. Basically I connected it to the laptop, connected my headset to it and started messing around with it. I figured out how to kind of put it into a karaoke mode where it dampens the lead vocals on the music being played into it. The instructions lead you to believe it eliminates the vocals, but I could still hear them very faintly. It has an adjustment knob for the amount of echo in your voice and has a voice adjuster knob that brings your voice way low like an evil spirit in a horror film or way high like a chipmunk. You can also adjust the low, mid and high volume levels separately. It has some built-in sound bites like laughter, a slap sound, etc. It also has four custom sound buttons where you can have it save 10 seconds of sound in each that it will play back when the button is pressed. There is input for two microphones, a headset, earphones, accompaniment, two live streaming outputs and a musical instrument input, a type C for connecting to the computer and another for the charging port. It can also connect to a device via Bluetooth but the instructions state this is only for music accompaniment. Overall, it does way more than I need it to do.
