This is a pretty good helmet. I normally wear a full-face helmet, but I got it for local commuting since an open face helmet is more convenient for this purpose. The colors are nice and the fluorescent green details really stand out. The sizing on this helmet seems to be just about right. I went by the hat sizes listed in the sizing guide and the helmet fits me well. The helmet in the photos is a size large, and my full-face helmet is also a size large. I like the flip-down sun visor, but the mechanism to raise and lower it is only on one side and is quite small, so I fear it breaking off. I prefer having the visor mechanism in the top center as it is in my full-face helmet. This helmet has a quick release buckle. The buckle works ok, but is not as convenient as the standard double D-rings. The quick release buckle is not very convenient because adjusting the strap length is cumbersome. So if you wear a balaclava or something else under the helmet, be prepared to spend a few minutes fussing with the strap to lengthen it and then another delay when you need to shorten it. I will not deduct points for the strap though, since the product description is clear about the type of strap. The top vents seem fairly small, but that is not as much of an issue with an open-face helmet. Five stars. ... show more

I don't typically like this particular style of helmet but I am thoroughly pleased with this one. It is very lightweight but yet it's DOT approved so that means it's starting. Has the quick release on it and easily adjustable strap. The flip down sunscreen makes riding an all type of weather and Sun conditions so much more comfortable. Multiple air vents to keep you cool while riding. Easy operation of the sunscreen and the front screen. I am going to buy a second one for my girlfriend so when we ride together she's as comfortable as I am. ... show more
