Great helmet, you cant go wrong with this even at the deal of 69 bucks that is DOT approved. I got this as a replacement from a free helmet from 1998 and and so amazed at how well it works and the size fit well. I must have the rare helmet size of small because i can never find one at the stores. My head measured about 21" which is a size 7 in baseball hat but the Small size on this helmet fit perfectly. It was nice to have 2 visors - i did apply rainx fog proof spray to keep the inside from fogging up and would recommend anyone do that prior to using the shields. The dark works well during long bright sunny days so i do not have to wear sunglasses. Matte black looks cool, the only thing to make this even better would be to have millimeter adjustments on the face shield. When you adjust it seems to go in small increments instead of just one smooth action. You probably do not need to worry about that detail for the price..it is worth it anyway. ... show more

I bought this helmet because I got an electric bike and I find regular bike helmets awkward and uncomfortable. I only used this helmet once so far, but its great! It was a particularly warm day (almost 90) so I was a bit worried about getting overheated, but the ventilation in it is amazing. I don't plan to ride in the dark so I don't know how well the visor would work in the dark, but you can easily just pull it up. It was a little difficult to see in the shadows, but the tint on the visor helped with the sun in my eyes SO much that I prefer having the tint and just needing to squint a little more at shadows. I found the helmet to actually feel relatively cool when riding my bicycle, I could feel the wind still while wearing it. Also a big fan of the chin strap. I have a relatively small head that can typically fit child sized hats. I saw the reviews saying on here that it runs a bit small, so I ordered the medium. I was worried still it would be too big, but it fit perfectly and its very comfortable. Overall I think it was a great purchase, it exceeded my expectations and I feel protected while riding my bicycle. Cons: 1.The arrow looking thing on the top of the helmet that allows more airflow to the air vents doesn’t stay in place it just slides around - thats how the helmet came from the box. 2.The buttons used to change the visor felt kind of cheap and it was difficult to get the visor off, ive had a similar helmet so I know how they feel when they work properly. I think changing the visor out is going to be annoying everyday for me. Pros: Fit very well I got a medium super stable as speed and dont feel the wind, the strap is so convenient way better than D rings for daily use, the helmet looks great overall. Visors are great you’ll forget the clear one is even there you see perfectly through it ... show more
