    • Good Tires, Great Cust Service
Size: 26x9-12 & 26x11-12 Number of Items: 4
Bought a full set of four tires for my UTV. The price was excellent, shipping was fast, and installation was easy. After installing them, I discovered a small defect in one of the tires and contacted customer service. They were extremely responsive, professional, and quick to make things right. Issues can happen with any product, but what really matters is how a company handles them and this seller handled it exceptionally well. Top-shelf customer service. Other vendors should take note! ... show more

Update: company sent me another set of tires and they both leaked in the exact same spot. Do not buy tires from this company! They are cheap and they don't care about quality assurance. One of the tires kept losing air and I finally figured out that it was bad from the factory. The rubber is laminating in one spot from the factory causing a air leak. They look good butThe tires feel like they have knots in them when driving above 15mph. They will almost shake the steering wheel out of your hand. Do not recommend. ... show more

    • Great customer service!
Size: 27x9-12 & 27x11-12 Number of Items: 4
My husband bought a set of these tires back in June for his SxS. Since it is for a recreational vehicle, he didn't drive it very much, but when he did, he noticed one of the tires was low and he kept having to air it back up. We contacted the company yesterday. I told them that I knew we were outside of the refund window, but I still felt that they needed to know that they had sent us a defective tire. Just hours later, the company messaged back and offered a partial refund, even though they didn't need, since we were outside of the refund window. I told them how much I appreciated that, and I wanted to leave a review for how good their customer service is. While I thought at the time, that we wouldn't use this company in the future because of the defective tire, I have changed my mind because their customer service was so spot-on. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! ... show more

    • Unstable and unreliable with flimsy sidewalls, buyer beware.
Size: 27x9-12 Number of Items: 2
These tires very unstable on my Polaris Scrambler 1000s, caused machine to shake so much the screws fell out of my throttle. Balancing beads helped somewhat, but still not smooth. One of the tires failed with less than 100 miles, came away from the rim. advertised as 6 ply, but the sidewalls are very thin and flimsy like a 2 ply tire. I do not recommend these tires. ... show more
