We have had other less-expensive selfie sticks, so it was a gamble spending a little more. However, it was very surprising to find that all the things we didn't like about the cheaper ones were great on this one. When the phone is being held within the extension stick, it is always supported properly without shaking. The remote is good. I like that it can be used on or off the extension stick. I did not actively use the tripod, but I did try opening it once or twice. So I'm not going to comment from a use standpoint. When we did try opening it though, it did seem a bit hard to open. And it may be we needed to extend the stick before trying to open the tripod. So don't take away as this is a problem, since we didn't use the function. Hope this helps...

I purchased this primarily to be used as a desktop tripod for my iPhone. I had zero interest in the selfie stick functionality, nor did I have much need for the Bluetooth control, I just need the ability to use my phone for a webcam from time to time and this looked like a solid option. I received the package prior to the announced arrival, so that's a good way to start! The package was in good shape and the package included everything that was supposed to be there and intact. The device looks and feels like quality and seems to hold my 13 Pro Max. It even stays surprisingly steady when the stick is extended to its full length and placed on my desk. I wouldn't want a breeze to blow through or an elephant to wander down the hall. There's never going to be a need for me to operate like that, but I did try it as a selfie stick...if I'm going to write a review I guess it would help to know how things work. The Bluetooth paired up easily and shutters my camera as expected. I also noted that it will start and stop my video recording. This is an unanticipated feature that may prove useful. I probably won't be one of those idiots that everyone hates, using their stick everywhere, but I feel that it should prove more useful than I may have initially thought. I am happy with this product thus far.

I purchased the ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick Tripod, with Wireless Remote in May prior to my Iceland and Euro trip. Functionally, it is well designed, compact and set up is easy as 123. The tripod opens kind of like an umbrella and the camera can be held in all different positions. Initially I couldn't understand how I could position the camera vertically, but I finally worked it out. The remote is of course very helpful and it syncs with the android phone instantly all the time. Once charged, the Bluetooth remote holds the charge for long time. I had charged in May and checked again late Aug and it was still charged( btw, your phone will tell you the charge percentage). I had a misunderstanding about the remote holding the charge. The product team were prompt and real helpful and I realized it was my error. I would highly recommend this product.

I've had other tripod selfie sticks for several years so I know what to expect and what I really like about this one is the sleek design where my others where more bulky and would get caught in my pocket. ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick is very compact and fits in your pocket easily. Since the ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick is smooth with no protruding parts, it doesn't snag on or catch on things getting in and out of your pocket. It holds my S23 Ultra very solid. ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick seems really well made so I'm really looking forward to using it. Here is my really big disappointment, the remote battery life. Where all my previous Bluetooth remotes battery would last days, if not weeks on one single charge, this battery will last one day at the most. I've had this ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick for over two weeks now and every single time I've gone to use it the remote battery has been dead. This one issue may seem minor, but to me it isn't. What good is a selfie stick if you can't trust to have the remote charged to take a remote picture with it. I am going to contact the seller to see if this is just my unit or a common problem because I haven't noticed this being mentioned in any other reviews. If it is just my issue and the seller fixes the issue, I'll edit this review and leave a more positive review. Until then, for now, I'm ready to send it back next week, pending the response from the seller. Update - I contacted the seller via email about the remote battery life. Within 24 hours they emailed me back and offered to send me a replacement remote no charge or a full refund. I received the new remote and so far it has held a charge for 3 full days. I'm very happy with the seller and the new remote and the ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick. I changed my 3 stars to 5 because of the great customer service and how well the ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick is made.

Bought this for our road trip thinking there's not always going to be someone along the way to snap a shot of us. Ended up being a lot more useful for group shots and videos where everyone was included. Compact, easy to use, simple to set up. Attaching the phone and setting up/breaking down the tripod can be a little unnerving, but well built enough and held up. I did drop it once and the remote popped off. Really needs a companion case. The remote has a delay and it does have a limit to the Bluetooth range.

Love this selfie stick. It's small and compact... 5 of my other friends/family purchase this after I showed them how compact and easy this one is. Seems more sturdy than other ones I've use with less breaking parts! Just need to watch out that you don't clip your fingers on the top section where you phone goes. It's pretty strong! But I love it!
