Given there's no assembly required other than mounting the laser I was up and running in ten minutes. I had a minor wiring harness issue which I reported and within minutes Customer service got in touch with me to resolve the issue. I'm very happy with my choice

Love this! Super easy to set up and can use an app on your phone or tablet to operate but reccomend lightburn to open the full potential of the lasers abilities. It performs extremely well and is very well built this makes the perfect hobby engraver. I tried the Atomstack software it's ok and works but nothing compaired to lightburn but for free software it's does a really good job! The reason I marked it down to a 4 star is the first o e received the power supply was bad! I reached out to customer service and they told me since it was through Amazon I had to go through them for for the replacement. So I did just that. I will say the customer service followed up with me to make sure Amazon took care of the situation. So excited to know they were concerned to know if the problem was resolved! I will say this is a great engraver for a hobby and better built than alot I have seen. I will purchase again and will very highly recommend it to anyone.

UPDATE: To their credit, after I left my review, Atomstack reached out to me. They sent me a 100% refund. They did ask if I COULD send the laser back. Instead I think I will give them another chance, and buy another laser module from them for this one. I've owned several Atomstack lasers, all good. This thing is horrible. 2 out of 4 LED's aren't operating(my 10W cuts better than this supposed 24W). The controller had some sort of random fault and crashed the machine full speed into the back right corner, then proceeded to chew the belts up until I could hit the emergency stop. Tested on two laptops that operate my other lasers just fine. All the same, then it just magically stopped doing it. Atomstack support on their .net email will not even talk to you unless you buy from their website. Support for the .com support center won't respond once you show them it's actually bad. That's the last money Atomstack will ever see from me. The laser, the roller, and the 3 jaw rotary are all going back. I'm not alone in this. The Atomstack lasers Facebook group is full of people with new and inoperative A24's. It's obvious their quality control for this line is crap.

I got the A6 pro from AtomStack from their Halloween giveaway. Finally got a chance to play with it today. My first impression was solid machine; although the space is smaller than most, it is still capable of handling many jobs. For what you get is a big upgrade from the lasers I started with which cost me more. My first laser required a modification for air assist. With many 3d nozzl3 models available. The pro series has that ready to go, even if you don't buy the air assist pump. It is all pre-plumbed for you; you just have to connect to the back. I was easily able to connect the pump I already had to it. The other great thing was the ease of the rotary system. Came pre ready to go. I had a rotary already, so all I had to do was get a 4-pin to 6-pin adapter cable and repin the 6 sides to match. Flip of the switch on the a6 pro, in case you are ready to go, and work some tumblers. I didn't even have to get into Lightburn to set up a rotary for it. Couple of things I see could be upgraded are thumb screws for adjustment, maybe just one that's a little larger knob. Then, on the bottom of the machine, I noticed threaded holes. I plan on figuring thread for these to add some thread feet for hieght adjustment. The other issue indicates have that took me a bit before running was the computer connection cable. If they included a 6 ft cable it make it a little better. The one they provide is way to short to use. I got a 6 ft cable that worked, but I got a 90 degree but the wrong 90, so it either hits the wifi antenna or the power cable. Over all though impressed for it. It has replaced another laser I have for rotary usage.
