I am a college student who has happily depended on this scooter for a few months now, and have had nothing but good experiences. Here is my review: Favorite Features (in order of importance) My favorite feature has to be the hidden suspension. This feature is a simply incredible value at the price point of $400 at which I purchased it, and a no brainer at any price below that. The convenient built-in lock is nice to have for quick stops. The scooter's "app lock" also deters thieves by locking wheels and making them turn against movement. I have had no issues with anybody taking my scooter! The green color is not often seen on other scooters. Living in a mountainous town, I figured I could try to match the surroundings. Wow, what a great choice! No other scooter that I have seen comes in this color, making it easy to identify my scooter in a bike rack full of them. The LED lights are a very unique feature that helped convince me to buy the product. Many modes are easy to switch between using the scooter's built-in controls or the mobile app. Easy to match to your favorite color or outfit! The turn signals can be helpful when on the roads, but I typically stay on sidewalks or bike paths for safety. The bag clip allows me to use a large reusable bag and get all my essentials without needing to drive. The bell is convenient as well. I have seen some other reviews complaining about the kickstand, but it has rarely, if ever, failed me. The design has been updated and is now very practical while retaining its style. Daily Use: The ALPHA is very compact and lightweight, and fits perfectly under a 4 foot folding table. I have roommates and can easily hide the scooter under the table with a cover over it. As for security, it is easily compatible with a high-security u-lock and steel cable to supplement the built-in lock for places that require more caution. The range is good for a day's use, and effortlessly gets me to my jobs, classes, and to get groceries. Charging is relatively fast given the scooter's capacity. The tires have held up remarkably well given how much I use it. Value: A great way to save gas and time, not to mention better for the environment than a car. Some trips that I could make with a car I choose to make with the scooter due to the convenience and capability. I highly recommend this scooter to anybody looking for it. This scooter was on sale when I got it, and I was shocked when I got it for such a deal. The setup was easy, and the app works pretty good with the scooter and has many controls like lights, lock, and speed settings. The ride on the scooter is not bad, there is suspension for the back wheel providing a pretty smooth ride. The range on the scooter is also great and lasts a while, as well as the speed it can go. Those specs are great and make the scooter fun to ride. The scooter is also has very nice aesthetics, looks great! And the lights add to that. The quality control is not terrible but if you need anything you can email them for help. Overall not bad, pretty good. ... show more

I waited a few months before reviewing after some consistent trips with this scooter. The scooter really isn't for anyone around 200lbs as it has little to no speed on even the slightest hills. Although the battery stat meter has 5 bars, as soon as it hits "80% power (or 4 bars) the scooter has absolutely no power what so ever unless you are moving down completely on a hill. Overall this means it has about 2 mile range before having to be charged. I'm gravely concerned the other reviews are bots unless mine shipped with a mostly dead battery. The top speed downhill is about 10 miles per hour and about 5 miles per hour on flat land. It's a shame the power meter is deliberately lying on where it's actually at. This scooter may worth about 150 if I had to price it realistically. There is no website I have found for any company related to this scooter. Just some non responsive Instagram accounts. Save your money. The lights are pretty though, but the range, weight and speed listed is a total scam. ... show more

Update 2: Wow. I gotta say, I love this guy. The colors are bright at night, the paint finish is smooth, and the side blinker lights are awesome! I get great distance and speed on it, and it's small size and weight make it easier for little lady me to handle. However, be warned the screen and headlights are not bright at all. If there's no streetlights, don't go riding at night on this thing- I couldn't see past a few feet in front of me. The front display is also at a bit of an awkward angle and generally dim, which makes it impossible to see in the sunlight. This makes the blinkers much less practical, as the only indication they were turned on or off a little "beep" and I can't tell if they're currently on or off. Still, despite these minor flaws, it's an excellent scooter for the price point and the build quality is clearly high. It seems like a relatively new company, and they have been extremely supportive through all my problems. Def recommend. Update 1: I got a lemon scooter, but the seller was very kind and they are currently helping find a solution! Their email was previously having trouble so I'd recommend you message them through Amazon for support, but the team is incredibly kind and respectful. I haven't been able to actually ride the scooter yet, but from the lemon I received, it's an absolutely gorgeous scooter with a sleek finish and beautiful paint. It's at an amazing price point for the distance and speed it can achieve, and has a ton of little features (Included lock, turning lights etc) that really show the scooter was designed with a lot of experience with user comfort. I bought this scooter for an employee who doesn’t have a car and works nights. She loves it. She is older, but an still balance easily. It has plenty of lights and it is super sturdy.
