Description

Every hunter knows hunting at night for predators, pests, or hogs is critical because this is when these animals are active. Night hunting requires a thermal vision scope to penetrate the cover of night and spot these varmints’ heat signature even when hiding behind light cover (e.g., grass, brush, etc.). In fact, the Thor-HD series and its night vision/thermal technology allows you to even see these animals through light fog or rain. Making you the ultimate predator, extending your hunt capabilities to a full 24 hour day instead of just half that with daylight hours.Excellent Image Performance with 384x288 Sensor - it is the ideal night vision scope because it detects heat energy, instead of light. REMARKABLE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY
I was highly impressed with this scope. It IS a remarkable piece of technology that they have put together. The scope does so many things and has so many capabilities, that you really do need to take the time to read the manual and understand everything, or you will miss out. I mounted on my AR-15. It was quick and easy to zero in. I've field tested it -hunted hogs in south Texas on multiple occasions. My experience has been, it's everything its advertised to be. It's the real deal. I have been very pleased with it and would highly recommend it to others. ... show more

Optic won’t turn on
It worked for maybe an hour. Now every time I try to turn it on nothing happens. This is a junk product and no amount of troubleshooting will fix that.

Can see everything at night.
It does take a little to get use to the thermal vision, but once you follow the setup in the manual, you can see everything that moves at night. I have seen rats, mice, owls, raccoons, possums, and coyotes so far. I just needed it for the rats, and it does a great job!!

Great thermal for the price
I got to test drive the 2-8X version before purchasing because a buddy of mine had one. After a night of hug hunting with it I immediately had to purchase my own. With the high degree of thermal resolution, sighting in was a breeze. I was able to see the paper target easily against the backstop even after 10-15 mins of being exposed to the same sun/heat as the background and after 30 mins plus, there was a decent distinction between the target and the backstop. The 384 image resolution is perfect for my needs as I will only be shooting at targets 100 yards or less. The high resolution unit (640) definitely clearer, a lot clearer, but again for my needs I couldn't justify upgrading. I did have an issue with the first unit they sent me and had to exchange it (which was a painless process and extremely fast). It would loose focus after every shot and I would have to manually refocus every time. The new unit does not have this problem. The only thing I have noticed with the new unit is I do see some slight screen interference when the wifi is on but nothing significant enough for me to want send it back and it may just be my unit. Overall, great thermal. ... show more

Really cool scope but needs better image quality
It is a nice scope and quality is great as long as you use the zoom at its lowest setting. Scope has many cool features but the zoom is worthless.

Awesome unit.
So far, easy to update firmware. Also seems to be very user friendly. It has froze up a few times while messing with the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features.
