Purchased 08/19/2024. Mounted on rifle scoped worked better than advertised, forward 09/14/2024 after changing bullet weights unable to zero. Spoke with Oliver at service advised doing a soft reset. Back to range still not working. Spoke with Faris Oran of service advised me to send it in for repair, at that time i didn't feel comfortable with a reworked scope. By the time i did the reset and tried it my 30 day window for return had expired. Notified Frais of my problem, he in turn notified me he was shipping me out a replacement. Also emailed a return shipping label. At this point in time i will certainly try another one of ATM products. Gave it a 4-star rating only because of the trouble. After trying the new one i may upgrade to 5 stars. Rating is for scope only. 10 stars for Frais for his great service. Prompt, professional and fair. My opinion after dealing with him is that he is an asset to the company. ... show more

If your scope has wrong zoom level do a factory reset and select the proper one . The scope has been excellent pellet on pellet . Just be aware this won't fit standard cantilever mounts as the control box requires more room than the standard turret style scope . Now I want a thermal .

I do not believe the ATN product I received was a good representation of the products they sell.it was not operational right from the box..The key pad either worked after several presses to turn it on or not at all.I hope this was a damaged in shipping issue..will try again later..
