Excellent performance at low light (dawn n dusk). 56mm objective lense, 34mm tube, 4.5-30x magnification, 110 MOA elevation, with illumiated reticle. What else can you expect. I own a March scope as well for PRS which all Japanese glass. I understand Athlon Cronus is Japanese glass and somebody mentioned that a rep from Athlon mentioned that Athlon Ares also has a Japanese glass. Regardless, it is an extremely low dispersion UHD glass and quality is really good. For medium to big game hunting, its great. Retains zero 100%. I've had several top end scopes in my career including night force and Vortex. This is a top end scope. Clear glass tracks perfectly more vertical and horizontal adjustment than any scope I've ever had or used, way more than comparable Vortex and nightmare, nice loud clicks. I highly recommend this scope especially at this price point. Shipping from Euro optics was exceptional I had this scope in less than 20 hours and it came clear across the country east to west. I'm super happy with this scope! Love everything about it! I have a variety of optics ranging from $300-$2500 and this thing easily hangs with the more expensive bunch! The only thing to note is that it is a little heavier but it is on a really light rifle which balances out perfect!

the scope i received was defective so no proper review of the scope could be done. How do you give stars. The seller may have no idea of the defect, few stars may hurt the seller needlesly. I am currently waiting for a refund so I can not say anythig about how the seller. The problem with the scope suprises me as it was a thing that QC shuld have caught I have no Idea how it could have nade it to a dealer. Athlon optics has started working on continued improving there reputation so the suprise that this scope got by QC is ginuine. ... show more
