This was my first snowboard bag purchase. I intended to use this for a cross-country trip which would require a few flights. The combo of the good reviews, excellent price point, and the padding was what got me to pull the trigger. HOWEVER, it didn't even make it through a local test run which was just a drive to a nearby mountain. At the end of the day, when I lifted the bag out of the car, the stitching on one side of the shoulder strap let go. I had my board, boots, helmet, goggles, jacket, and pants stuffed in the bag, which is exactly what I would expect it to handle. It was still hanging on to half the piece of fabric and could probably be sewn back into place pretty easily, but since that was after VERY LITTLE handling, it made me question the integrity of the rest of the bag and how it would handle being thrown around at various airports. My reasoning behind the 3 stars, instead of 1 or 2: - It seems to be well constructed otherwise. - The bag has plenty of room and fits everything nicely. - The padding gave me confidence that my gear would have arrived at my destination safely if I did fly with it. - It looks nice. - Various bags (backpacks, luggage, duffles, etc.) that carry large loads with similar handles are at risk of having similar weak points. It seems like the lack of reinforcement in that particular area was a flaw in the design. I saw this failure coming from a mile away, which is partially why I took it on a test run first. - I was able to return the product with NO issues because it did not meet my expectations.

Stores all my gear(boots ,board, helmet,ski bib, gloves ) .. and a little extra in 1 bag. Also add some laundry on my way back from trips. Make sure you distribute weight evenly in the bag ,it will make it easier to carry. The only thing I dislike is the shoulder strap digs in .. wish it had more padding.

Overall the bag itself is pretty sturdy and my board and equipment feel secure inside. As some other reviews have said, the shoulder strap broke off the second time I picked it up. The handle is still going strong, but for ease of carry (with luggage and other things) it’s a little annoying. Overall solid for storage and short trips where it might not be leaving your vehicle. Not bad for the price, but wouldn’t recommend for big trips or excessive travel.

Purchashed for my 20year old she can fit so much stuff in the bag. She Flys all over to go snowboarding. For some reason the bag gets checked everytime tho. So if your in a hurry be werry.
