I bought these ankle boots for work and wore them all day right out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were, even after being on my feet for long stretches. The lace up design feels supportive without being stiff, and the low heel makes them practical for workdays where comfort really matters. My feet did not feel sore or cramped by the end of the day, which is always my main test for work shoes. I also really like the khaki color. It is a nice neutral that works well with a variety of outfits and looks more polished than standard black boots. They pair easily with jeans or work pants and still look put together. I love these boots! They are true to size (I'm a size 8 and they're perfect), super rugged, and absolutely waterproof, and have good traction. I've been wearing these to do my yardwork/landscaping as well as cleaning the chicken coop, and they've held up to everything. I was setting up a watering system and the hose soaked my pants but my feet stayed perfectly dry. I've been doing a lot of landscaping like digging huge holes (to put bushes in) and using the shovel feels fine when I have to use my feet to dig in, I've had to crouch/kneel/walk through fields and woods, and the boots haven't even got crease lines yet. This shoe is so cute but it definately won't last long, and it is not uncomfortable when i first put it on, but i know for long time wearing, my feet would feel huet (such as 3 hrs+, you should feel a difference ). The factory used a very small box to put this shoe which the shoe barely fit it, just looking at this, I know straight that everything about this shoe is budgeted. Last but not least, the material of this shoe is not bad, I feel like it made with some polyester material but still the low quality kind. I don't know if thin and light is the best description of it, and nothing is special on the insole either. I maybe too critical to this shoe because my growing up background taught me how to look at the quality/material of clothing ,shoesand bags, etc. But I would say that for people who doesn't have my background, they maybe fine with just how it is especially it's price point and cute look

I had bought these to use with a Halloween costume but I have to say they are Super comfortable and will use for every day wear as well ( primarily cold weather though). They look really cute with some slouch socks. I did buy some spray to protect them against the weather. $$ well spent !!

I bought these to replace a pair of ankle-high combat boots that I've been wearing for hiking and working on our acreage for about a year and a half now - the ones I had were a similar price point to these, but not intended for hiking and work. Despite that, they held up way better than these, which are advertised as hiking boots. Maybe they should be advertised as "hiking style" boots? The photo shows about halfway through the first day of wear - you can see that they scuff terribly, and those scuffs don't buff out. The laces also snagged on every twig I passed (see photo), and constantly came untied unless they were double-knotted. I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9 depending on the shoe - I bought an 8.5, and while the length seemed fine, they were pretty wide, with a ton of room in the toe box, which caused my feet to slide around when walking. I also feel like maybe they weren't intended to be laced up all the way? I had them laced up all the way for most of the day because I wanted the ankle support, but eventually had to sit down and unlace the top two rivets because the fronts of my ankles were bruising really badly and it hurt to keep walking like that. I didn't even have them tied very tightly - the ankles are just really stiff, and I'm not sure if they'll loosen up over time. If you're looking for just a fashion boot for indoor/city wear, these may work for you, but if you're planning to do any serious walking out in nature, I'd advise going for something else. I'm trying to decide if I should spend more money for a pair of insoles and new laces and just deal with the scuffing and not being able to lace all the way up, or if I toss these and go for a different pair entirely. The one positive is that the soles seem pretty sturdy. I'm disappointed - I really liked the style and wanted them to work out.

Bought 2 pair in 7.5, black and the khaki which actually look more like taupe to me but tomato tomatto right? The first thing that one should know is that they are 'irregulars'. Which at this great price point is not really a deal breaker for me lol. I buy inexpensive so that I can buy 'multiple's!! The sizing was different between the 2 pair but also different between each pair! The khaki pair was roomier at the toe box and boot itself than the black pair. And the right boot of the khaki pair was slightly wider in the boot itself than the left one. Overall, the black pair was 'tighter' around the whole foot than the Khaki pair. The foot bed is true to size...at least the ones that I received are! I normally wear a 7 wide but to compensate for lack of a wide, I go up a half size, hence the 7.5. The Khaki pair allows me to wear thicker socks with no problem. At the moment, not so with the black pair, (tighter remember) but I'm thinking that they will give a little more with wear. There is no fur inside (hiking boots) but they are warm and I didn't experience any 'leaks' or wet feet. I have not worn the Khaki pair as of yet but I suspect they will perform the same. Its a great looking boot with great traction, delivery was fast and the price point is excellent. Even though I'm cheap I still look for relative quality. I only have one teeny issue with the boots...well not the boots but the shoe strings believe it or not! They are the kind that does not come loose easily once tied however, they are entirely too long!! I had to double tie them! Buuuut again, NOT a deal breaker at this price point! Also, some reviews have mentioned that the boots are 'stiff'...this is true. The sides of the boot up to about the boot collar are rigid which, I am pretty sure they are supposed to be because they are hiking boots! I don't hike but walking through snow and ice or mud, if you have a boot on that has too much 'give', one misstep and you've got an ankle sprain or worse! These boots have great traction too! I bought them to switch out my mid calf boots when the snow is not as deep. I am very pleased with my purchase and hope they become available in additional color options.
