Love these booties! I own them in black and taupe/brown. They are comfortable and really help dress up a pair of skinny jeans for work or going out. They have contrasting stitching and a gold buckle detailing. On the inside there is a zipper for easy on and off wear. The heel is about 1.5 inches tall. I typically wear a 7 or 7.5, and got these in a 7 and they fit perfectly, so I’d say they are true to size. Suede 8.5--Definitely on the thinner side of shoes. My toes had room to wiggle but the rest of my foot seemed to lack a bit of room to shift or move. Overall very cute and so far comfy. If anything, can probably just add inserts.

High quality boots. Very comfortable and stylish, but also withstood walking through an inch or two of snow today. I've worn them about three times so far and they don't hurt my feet. I'm 5'6 280lbs with thick ankles and these don't cut my ankles like other styles. I plan to get them in more colors once I save up the money. Worth the buy for sure. ... show more

I wore these boots to a Renaissance fair and they started out feeling comfortable with enough room in the toe box. I normally wear a 6.5 in shoes and ordered the 6.5, which fit just right. I really love the look of these boots. The style is cute, versatile, and they seemed like a solid choice for walking around at first. After more time on uneven ground and unpaved areas, the comfort faded. The sides of the boots began rubbing against my pinky toes, even though they felt roomy enough at first. The front top of the boot also pressed uncomfortably against the front of my ankle where the foot bends, and by the end of the day that spot was sore and felt bruised. I also noticed the sole of the shoe is on the thin side, which made walking on rough terrain less comfortable because there wasn't enough support. Given my experience, I still plan to wear them to events where I know I will not be doing a lot of walking. These boots are stylish and cute, but not the most practical choice for long active days. At $42.99, I expected them to be a bit more comfortable for extended wear. ... show more
