I bought these shoes for my younger sister as she prepares to start college. Her old pair, worn over the past 2–3 years, had picked up some scuff marks that couldn’t be cleaned or repaired—so it felt like the perfect time for an replacement. These shoes look great on her and fit perfectly. The zipper is functional, though a bit short and not the smoothest. The side buckle is purely decorative, but adds a nice visual touch. While the PU upper material gives a nice look it does seem like it could be prone to scratches if bumped or scraped—something to keep in mind. She’s been wearing them with both formal and casual outfits, and they complement both styles well. As for durability, it's a little too early to tell, but so far my sister is happy with the comfort and look of these shoes.

I have been looking for a pair of brown ankle boots for months. Everything I find is either a tan color or a reddish brown color. I was about to give up, when I found these. They check all the boxes for me: brown, ankle boots, stylish, comfortable. I’m very happy. I will say that they are true ankle boots. They do not go up past your ankle if that matters to you. They are comfortable and as a teacher I could wear them a full day. The heel is low enough to be comfortable but high enough to be dressy. When I first tried them on (barefoot), I felt like they were a little too roomy. If you were going to wear them with thin stockings or tights, they might feel a little loose. (Not loose enough to “walk out of” but your foot may slide inside.) I did put on a medium thick pair of boots socks and they fit perfect. I’m going to order a pair in black!

SUPER COMFY, 5 stars... However, 0 stars for the sizing! I wear 9.5 boots (mostly Tevas) so I order a 9.5, wayyyy to big. I get a 9, wayy to big. I get an 8.5 still too big.... I can literally take the boot off without unzipping it and my heals slide up...And this is all with socks!!! I'm not gonna try an 8. Honestly it sucks cause these are super comfy and I have feet problems (plantar fasciitis etc.). Maybe it's just me, but best of luck to everyone trying these.
