LOVE THIS 9 INCH little waist trainer. Great for wearing while sitting. And moving around is comfortable. I measured at 28.5 inch, got a Small and its pretty tight.. but that's what I expected. Size charts are correct. I highly recommend for someone like me, 5 feet with a short torso. Love it!

This waist trainer is super comfortable, it’s well built for the price. Im basically all leg, my hips come up super high, and I’ve tried regular length waist trainers and corsets before— they always stab into my hips and my ribs. But this thing fits soooo much better. I got a Large but I BARELY got it on. I’m a pear shape, my waist is 34” but I had to suck in, scoot it up right under my boobs to zip it, then scoot it down my stomach after it was zipped. But I can still breathe! DO NOT SIZE DOWN especially because it is basically not stretchy at all. With a fit this tight upon zipping, the Velcro strap basically doesn’t do anything extra for me. But it might for you! I personally wouldn’t do any cardio in this, I feel like it doesn’t have enough stretch to allow proper air inhalation if you were huffing and puffing. I might consider going to work with it on, but definitely for lounging, walking, and more chill activities. Also keep in mind, a waist trainer won’t make the fat disappear, I find that from the front, I look great— my waist looks snatched, hourglass, body TEAAAAA. But from the side, I feel like I’m wider front to back. In other words, the illusion of less booty. But that goes for ALL waist trainers. They just shift the fat. ... show more

    • Best Band EVER !!!!
I have so many of them and they are the best But I been looking for a 10” height band. I am 4”11 and I just had my baby and I want to started to waist train again but the 9” doesn’t cover my lower baby weight. Hopefully they will come out with a 10” height band for all the short mom out there.

I normally wear a size 6-8 and purchased a size large. It was extremely too small, you may need to go up a size when purchasing
