I have ran our non profit outpatient clinic for nearly 2 decades now. This is our go to for two main providers to keep a hard copy schedule for patients/clients. We use a computer planner (with color coding, and patient names are not in full) so that when we are traveling we can see it on our own shared planners. however, if computers go down, unlike most outpatient clinics (and entire hospitals) We can keep right on rolling. I've watched the struggle these places have without back up hard copy. Staff love the ease from the stress, I love having it for filing end of yr and if I need to look up a last visit date, or do a legal doc with dates, I can go to the yr. reflected in chart, confirm and have it documented and cross referenced if needed. These made for two providers is great for a two person team, and the one for four works great as well. This brand holds up for yrs! I have them going back 20 yrs now. They have never torn up or had pages come out at all. Just place in bankers box, store away and they are safe and sound. We have multiple staff use them, so they are not used by just "one" assistant, and they still hold up fine! I can't think of many products that can hold up to the level these do. The book holds up well for the entire year and is so much cheaper to purchase here rather than through a big-box office store.
