Hello—do yourselves a favor and don't even think about buying this monitor. It only worked for two months before it stopped sending a signal. Afterward, Amazon refused to honor the warranty. I contacted ASUS, and the monitor spent a month in transit and under repair; yet, when it finally arrived yesterday, it turned out it still doesn't work and has the exact same error. ASUS truly did nothing to fix it—they supposedly replaced the motherboard—but at this point, I just want my money back. ... show more

I absolutely love this monitor! I got the 27 inch 4K Monitor. I use this for my Xbox Series X as I saw it has HDMI 2.1. Everything works great for me. The monitor set up was very quick and easy as they give you the tools necessary in a little bag. The instructions are very clear with pictures. Make sure to use an HDMI 2.1 cable and then enable 4K, variable refresh rate and 120hz if you’re using console in your settings so that you’re getting the best quality. Playing Black Ops 7 on this monitor has totally enhanced my gameplay. I’m noticing it’s easier to track moving targets and I’m seeing enemies from a farther distance than before. Also, going through menus I noticed the text is crystal clear now. I was in the market for a new monitor and this was a huge upgrade for me. I recommended this monitor to all of my friends who game. Definitely try to play around in the settings with brightness contrast and saturation. They also have plenty of preset color modes to choose from as well. The MSI one is supposed to offer half a second faster response time and support better HDR coloring tech. Not sure the other differences but the price is the same. However after using this for quite some time and experiencing virtually no issues, I don't regret it and the specs are prolly negligible

I really loved this monitor for the first 3 months. The 4K image and 144Hz/160Hz performance were amazing for gaming. However, it suddenly stopped working while I was using it. The backlight turns on, and the power LED stays red, but there is no image or menu access anymore. I didn't even use it every day, so it’s very disappointing to have a hardware failure so soon for a monitor in this price range. I bought this monitor new and used it for 2 days. It did not meet my expectations for several reasons. First, the monitor does not have a height adjustment. I thought I could let this pass but it turns out that my setup requires a monitor that has height adjustment. Second, the rating was misleading. Before I bought the monitor the rating was at 4.5 and after I received the monitor the rating dropped down to 3.9. Third, the HDR makes the image darker. I tried working with the HDR but no matter what I did the image was on the darker side than what I would like it to be. Ultimately these issues were enough for me to just want to send it back and get a full refund. I'm going to instead buy a monitor that definitely has height adjustment to accommodate my specific setup. ... show more
