Great set, even came with box and USB C to C cord with plastic pell away still on the headset .. Considering Xbox is hard to find decent *ACTUAL wireless for ( not wireless with a cord for xbox use). Connecting them with dongle was expected, it did work as expected. ( simple push to switch from speakers to headset ) Having to push connect button to disconnect or reconnect. Shouldn't be a issue for most looking for affordable quality TURE WIRELESS set. Sound was amazing, rather on the lite side etc . mic turns off when you tilt it upward. However, sadly the refurbished set i got worked only 3 times. Went to use them after recharge and nothing. After looking into this and possible returning etc. I found they will only charge with a old low speed (dum) charger. this is rather silly from such a nice set . But i really liked these. So after much testing. I can say USE A DUM LOW SPEED charger. It will not work with a smart or name brand charger or charging system etc. Seems to be working fine and charging well, now that I have dedicated a old simple one to it. This could have been avoided with some form of INDEX card saying to use a Dum or simple charger. Considering its name brand ASTRO's and it came with a USB C to C cord , I just used the same name brand chargers all my other stuff uses. Overall this is a nice headset. unfortunately mine, while refurbished has some issues. The top of the headpiece is cracked in multiple spots and it seems to cut out at random points for a brief period. I would recommend the headset if you're buying it new

My son asked for name brand, really expensive gaming headphones but I didn't want to put out that kind of money for them. I searched amazon and found this brand at a really good price. I know it's a renewed, refurbished headset but I got mine with the left side head phone not working. It fit just fine and these headsets are great on battery life but I think they should check to make sure they completely work before sending them out.

    • Works and long battery life
Sound quality isn't as good as my old TurtleBeach headset but if I hadn't owned them I'd never know. Sounds is good and mic works well. Comfortable and seem sturdier than most others. For the price they can't be beat.
