Decent and fun game. It's more of an arcade button masher excitement when it comes to combat although they tried to spice it up a little bit with a unique combat element in the game but doesn't do much to take away from the button masher DNA of it. I enjoy the look of the game, the feel and the characters and I even find the story a bit interesting though not complex (which is a good thing because it would not fit this game) Not a bad buy at all if you can get it for a decent price. You'll probably really enjoy it most when you are bored or just interested in something new. I hope this helped you out with your decision.

This game is too underrated, and too much of a gem to not have a rep in Smash Ultimate! Joking aside (not really joking, I sincerely wanted the rep!) this game is worth every penny. A Nintendo Switch Exclusive that throws a wrench in the norms, and gives you something fresh and cool!

This is an absolutely amazing action game. I will say that it can be quite complicated with the list of possible commands. I'm only half-way through the game and the number of options for abilities is beyond my ability to fully comprehend and utilize in a battle. But it's fun! Story has been engaging with good development. I have a few small qualms with the game from a story development standpoint, but it is one of the best games I've ever played on the Switch. For being a Switch exclusive, it is well worth the buy!

Just finished file 11 of Astral Chain and I must say that the game is well worth it price point just don’t think about being anything like bayonetta or nier. As it’s own standalone game I’m impressed with platinum games in creating this ip along with Nintendo. Just from the gameplay & story was well thought out from using the legions (stands) to the actual characters & its actions & platforming sections itself for being on the #NintendoSwitch i can’t wait to see what’s next from a sequel in this cyberpunk-persona series from platinum games.

I had just been exposed to COVID at work by a coworker and really needed to get this as a last present for my husband as he was talking about getting this game again. Yes AGAIN. He sold his previous copy when things were a bit tougher and he missed playing it. So far he has played probably a total of 12-16 hours on it again as well as working so I will say it is a great game.

So far I really do like the game, I haven't played it as much since my brother keeps hogging the switch but the game mechanics is really easy to get use too. The story is great too, At the beginning of course you get the tutorials and somewhat of an overview of the game, but its much more than that! Get the game and see for yourself you won't be disappointed.
