I bought a new alternator for 1984 Chevy K5 Blazer. I really, REALLY needed this to be awesome right out of the box. It didn’t disappoint! Now to really impress me...it needs to last longer than the 5 months the brand new one from Davidson Napa, in Lincoln City, Or lasted, which would NOT accept it back, even though... it still had THEIR specific name and location on a tag on the chassis of the new alternator still😶If it lasts, I will NEVER buy another single product from that store again!     • HELP ME get replacement for my AISIN fan under WARRANTY, made Nov 2020. 1991 4runner 3.0 V6
Almost a year to the date of the purchase for an AISIN fan for my 91 4Runner, the fan is cracked in the locations where it is tightens onto the fan clutch. I can't find the paper warranty on my files, if there was ever one sent with the fan. But what makes me more angry is that Amazon doesn't give access to the warranty purchased on my account since it's they who sell it through their website, & the AISIN fan is actually stored in their warehouse & it's shipped out directly from their warehouse. I need a replacement so quick that I may just purchase another AISIN fan and I really hope that later, Amazon or the WARRANTY company can reimburse me. Please Amazon, come through for me & latter reimburse me. ... show more

I actually had to use this for the first time! It was quick and painless to get a refund for my alternator that had a bad bearing after only a few months.

    • Does what it's meant to do but funds go on giftcard.
The only issue I have is if you buy something of value and a claim is needed, you are stuck with the value on an Amazon giftcard. So if you have to buy the product elsewhere you are stuck paying for the product again. Other than that customer service was wonderful and very fast at processing my claim. ... show more

Advertised says they cover product, repair and shipping. Well that's a lie, we got a belt for a razor and broke the first time driving with it on. No warranty company wants to give me a 54.00 gift card when I cannot even replace the product for that
