They are 'kids' cues, AKA cues you can use if your pool table has an obstruction nearby or a tight spot. I'd recommend cutting off the hard leather tips and installing some softer leather. My only complaint would be that they aren't a smaller tip diameter as 13mm makes snooker much more difficult.
