Cute and very comfortable. I loved them... at first. I walk 3-4 miles almost every day. Within 5 weeks, the mesh is already tearing in the big toe area. And of course, the return window just closed. So dissappointed!

I love Asics for running. Bought these after my last pair wore out. First week, pretty painful, and had to stop running midway through the workout. But thought after the break in period it'd become more comfortable. Kept running in them. After around 10 runs, I gave up on these becoming more comfortable - my arches ached for hours afterwards. I thought maybe something was wrong with my foot. No. It was this shoe. I eventually bought a different pair of asics and those are perfectly fine and broke in as expected. So now those are my running shoes. It was way past the return window, and I thought I could use these as just walking shoes. Painful as walking shoes too. I have no idea why this particular sneaker is so hard and painful with no arch support.

In the photo I took (which I tried to take as a video but couldn't get past Amazon's request for recording audio - even after allowing the permission!), the color of the shoes look orange almost so I hope it's just my phone settings or something and that the color correctly comes through for anyone reading the review. The actually colors of the shoes are baby blue and a beautiful, bright pink - not quite neon but vibrant pink. They're gorgeous colors.... I had originally ordered 9.5 in a darker blue and orange color I believe it was, but the 9.5 was about ½ inch too long for me. For anyone who knows their size in Saucony, New Balance, Skechers, or Nike - in Saucony I was just wearing a 9.5 (these are the tennis shoes I've been most recently wearing to work everyday); in Nike I most recently wore a 9.5; in Skechers (which are more of a casual shoe than a tennis/athletic shoe) I wear a 9; and in New Balance I most recently wore a size 10. When I ordered the 9.5 of these Asics (same exact style just different color), they even looked too big for my feet.... It was obvious they weren't going to work. This pair is a size 9 and they're a perfect fit. They're not the most comfortable I've ever owned but I wore them for work the last 2 days, and I'm a picker for a company that distributes chemicals to car dealerships, so I'm lifting up to 50-60 pounds repeatedly all day long and building pallets of these boxes, and these shoes were totally fine. My feet didn't hurt, and I wasnt even conscious most times of having a new shoe on.......in other words - they didn't draw my attention to my feet at all and I was able to go through work just as if I was wearing my older pair of Sauconys. So I do recommend them - the price is right on...and if you vary in your sizes white a bit depending on brand, I might suggest the smaller of the 2 sizes you are contemplating between. I bought these because I work PT at a grocery store and have been diagnosed with PF. I've tried so many other brands of sneakers plus inserts that haven't worked. After a year in a half of tears because of foot pain I have finally found relief! These sneakers have not disappointed! I leave after my shift and even though my feet are sore, I no longer limp across the parking lot to my car. I do go through sneakers every 6 months and these will be what I buy from now on!

This is one of the last styles of Asics that have kind of arch support that I can find. All the styles at the local store I usually buy from no longer have any arch support. I found this style at Shoe Dept in a mall I never go to. However they only had the white. I live in a rural area and knew that was a bad idea. I came home, ordered a darker pair and they arrived in two days. They fit great, are comfortable and are as I expected. Like all newer Asics, they probably won't last as long with the mesh toe. But, really, no brand does anymore. This pair came from the seller "What's Hot". The box was taped and had the wrong size and style printed on it. However the shoes inside the box were the correct pair and size I ordered so I am happy with the seller also.

I always recommended Asics to everyone but turns out not all Asics are amazing like gel venture series. This shoes is too tight in middle part of feet. Even if l loosened laces to max pulling out the middle pad, my feet had hard time squeezing in. Then after tying laces the middle pad would be bulging out and not sit fully on my foot. I have never had this problem with any other shoe. And the shoe size was not small for me as my toes were relaxed and not flexed so going up a size wouldn't solve the issue. So I am returning these and will get another gel venture for everyday use as been loving working out in my older pair. I would recommend to try out these pairs at retail stores and not get online.
