I love this colorful bar set! Every guest I have at my bar comments on it! It is solid, hefty, well-made and beautiful. It is also very functional, with just a couple of caveats: I don't use the stir spoon, because the handle is simply too large and heavy. It is difficult to properly stir a drink with a handle like that. Most bar spoons are made with long, slender handles because this makes it easy to properly allow the spoon to spin between your fingers while stirring a drink. I also simply prefer a wooden muddler to a hard plastic one, as they just work better. However, I understand why these were made the way that they are, in order to maintain consistency with the aesthetic of the tools.

…but could use some improvement for professional/commercial use. The craftsmanship is beautiful and very eye catching. Also very distinguishing if you bring your own bar tools to work. The spoon could benefit from being longer so the handle doesn’t dip into your shaker or mixing glass. Conversely, the handle on the hawthorn strainer could be shorter so you can hold both the strainer and glass and strain one handed easier. That’s not a deal breaker and probably wouldn’t matter to most ppl.

This is a really classy bar set. It is both attractive and functional. When it comes time to mix a cocktail you can do it in style. Also makes a great gift item.

A little pricey for what you get. I’ve gotten nicer stuff for cheaper, but these look really beautiful and feel great in the hand. I’d have liked to have gotten the full set. It’s just a tad bit pricey is all. Good items though.
