I am really happy with these shorts for running. They are comfortable, lightweight and don't absorb a lot of sweat. They fit a bit shorter than I expected which caused some thigh chaffing. Although they come with a liner, I wear longer athletic underwear to get around the chaffing (obviously not something that will impact everyone). My only other complaint is the lack of pockets (also something that seems to be the norm for running shorts). Overall, great value for the money. ... show more

Great running short. Fits great, on the shorter side and I don’t prefer them for working out, but great for running. Wish they had at least one pocket. Also the ASICS logo will come off after a wash or two but not a big deal for me.

The good... they're comfortable, they are light weight, they fit as expected, they have an inner lining and they are very inexpensive. The not so good... they're knit, they have no pockets (not even an inner pocket for a key or perhaps ID) and don't wear them while working around weeds. Not sure of the name of the weed, but it had little sticky things that stuck to the knit material of the shorts... and that was it for the shorts. I did attempt to remove the weed residue from the shorts, but finally gave up and threw the shorts away. So I did give the shorts 3 stars because they were very inexpensive and can be great to sleep in and not bad to workout in. I won't recommend them, because I'm not a fan of knit shorts. ... show more

For the price, these shorts are very good. Remember, they do not have pockets but they do have a good lining. The printed logo on the side begins to wash off very quickly, after only one wash, so be aware of that. I recommend this product, especially if you're on a tight budget.
