This pair of Ascober pickle ball paddles are great if you are new to pickle ball. These are my first paddles to own, so I can’t compare them with the more expensive paddles; however, they are aesthetically pleasing and appear to be very well made. I have played with some other wooden and fiber glass paddles of similar quality and these Ascober paddles are the best I’ve used. They afford the player tremendous control/spin and the grip feels very comfortable. Additionally this set includes four pickle balls and two cooling towels. I purchased this set on sale for under $25, but even at $50 it would be worth it.

The grips are good and don’t get dirty easily, I like the contrasting colors read and blue team vibes going on. The bag is super portable and the paddles and balls are very durable. Ever at the price they get good spin and the weight makes the comfortable

I bought these because I work with beginners all the time as a volunteer at my pickleball club. Often when people start they don't have a paddle and they don't want to spend $100-$250 for the paddles long time players or pros use. I didn't want to spend that either for a loaner. They work well, play well, have a large sweet spot. For anyone just starting out this is a good set. Once you've played enough you know this really is your game (six months to a year) then it may be good to invest in a higher level paddle. However, these are great for learning and won't break down like the wooden ones do.

The paddles are lightweight and easy to handle. We recently started playing, but have played a lot in the last few months. These paddles are sturdy and we will be able to get a lot of use out of them. Nice carrying case that is not bulky to hold the four balls and paddles. The four balls are great to have as a beginner. And the cooling rags are a bonus because you work up a sweat more then you realize! You get a lot for the price. Highly recommend!

Decent paddles for a beginner to get on the courts to play right away. Nice and cheap incase you dont like playing pickleball, but I fell in love. I've graduated from these paddles quite some time ago, but I did use these for over a year.

The set came with just the plastic and amazon shipping label, this is great to save on using more plastic packaging or boxes. It was fast shipping and everything came in great condition. Upon opening, I was impressed how the Pickle ball set fits nicely with the included zipper bag. It came with x4 good quality balls, x2 towels and x2 paddles (red & blue). The paddle seems to be well built and it really goes beyond my expectations for a starter set. The paddle is also USA approved according to the prints on the paddle. I will be starting to use and will be back for the performance and handling but definitely a great value for your money.
