Decent paddles for a beginner to get on the courts to play right away. Nice and cheap incase you dont like playing pickleball, but I fell in love. I've graduated from these paddles quite some time ago, but I did use these for over a year.

Pickleball is America’s fastest growing sport. I had several people ask me if I wanted to play, but since I had never played and didn’t have any paddles, I always said no. I decided I wanted to join in the fun so I looked at some paddles at the sporting good store and they were $100 or more for a single paddle. Not knowing if I would like the sport or not, I didn’t want to spend that much money. So on a whim I decided to get this 2 paddle set for less than $25. I have played now several times and these paddles are great and I love the sport. They have the same feel and weight as the more expensive ones I looked at in the store. This pair of Ascober pickle ball paddles are great if you are new to pickle ball. These are my first paddles to own, so I can’t compare them with the more expensive paddles; however, they are aesthetically pleasing and appear to be very well made. I have played with some other wooden and fiber glass paddles of similar quality and these Ascober paddles are the best I’ve used. They afford the player tremendous control/spin and the grip feels very comfortable. Additionally this set includes four pickle balls and two cooling towels.
