"Stainless steel?" What a joke! I could tell the minute I picked the box up and heard all the rattling of cheap aluminum that it was not stainless steel! It is thin, crappy, chrome finished aluminum. I even did the magnet test to verify my thoughts and of course- it did not attract to the magnet, proving it is NOT stainless steel. The top is a piece of plastic! Lol What a waste of time and money, and waste of Amazon's time! Almost an insult, I would never allow my American flag or Marines flag to hang from something this pathetic.
