    • Broken mounting bracket
When I received the light assembly one mounting tab was broken off and not in the package. They were missing both light bulbs. That cost me another 50$ They obviously were returned. I went ahead and installed them. At the time I hade no other option or I would have returned them.

The headlight assembly appeared to be well packaged. After removing the old and broken assemblies, and installing the new assemblies the following issues were noted. The internal reflector on the right assembly was loose due to the screw having come off. The screw was found inside the housing but wouldn't securely hold the reflector in-place. After finding a compatible screw and re-affixing the reflector and clip, we hoped that was the end of the problems. Although the bulb retainer clips are not formed correctly to easily push the clip behind the catch. Once we started installing the left assembly, we noticed the the side tab was broken off as shown in the photos. We figured that the remaining 3 fastener bolts would hold the assembly secure enough. Once I was trying to secure the bolt from under the car, it would not thread into the hole. After unbolting the two bolts on top and removing the assembly, I found that the bottom bolt hole has not been drilled out. What was supposed to be a threaded hole was solid plastic. We drilled this out and re-installed the assembly. It was too late into the installation to back out and wait on replacement assemblies that may or may not have the same problems. It took two competent people 4 hours to complete the installation with the various issues. ... show more
