It’s been a few years since I’ve use a synth but this has way more features and is easier to learn than previous ones I’ve used. Haven’t delved the depths of functionality yet but so far I am impressed with all aspects of the interface. Recommend.

    • Arturia Support is useless
This was broken out of the box. One of the ports did not work. It was the port their microphone plugged into. Contacted support and they wanted video proof that the port was non functional. A little annoying, but ok, I jumped through their hoops. Got the RMA finally and sent it in. Received an email that they had my machine and would be in touch in 5 business days. That was 12 business days ago. I’ve written a couple of emails but get no response. They have my machine and refuse to keep in touch. There is no phone number so all I can do is send more queries into their bottomless pit of unanswered emails. Not acceptable. I will never recommend nor will I even consider anymore of their gear or software. Good money wasted, and no idea if I’ll ever get this back. And it was a birthday gift for my spouse. I feel horrible that I ever trusted their company. Buy at your own risk of losing your money if you get a defective product. Which you very well might. And they will take your machine back and you will never hear from them again. ... show more
