    • I need a new pop-up drain. This one cannot be repaired.

The drain pipe had been cut off too short and also it was cut off at 45° angle would not work. Had to remove everything and replace with New very unhappy as far as the tub nice tub but anybody that would work on a piece of equipment like that, and saw it off like that needs to be done away with.

    • Do not try to center a wall mount filler with the drain.

While it looks and feels substantial, the drain and overflow are not centered in the tub. We had a wall filler installed to be at the side middle in line with the drain, but the very visible overflow slot high on the side of the tub is not in line with the drain and filler. This would not be a problem, if the filler is at the end or a floor mount. That is not what I wanted. Very disappointed that it turned out this way. ... show more

    • The tub leaks with faulty hose and connector kit!!

There is no way to get ahold of this Seller. No phone number on their website or on the installation guide. The tub leaks around a split hose and we cannot reach anyone. Our only contact is through conversation with the Seller which, so far, has yielded nothing. The tub is lovely -- and completely useless. ... show more
