The blinder is more see-through than I thought it would be. It works at a distance, but up close you can still see through it. Thankfully it still mostly detours the dogs from running over and barking at the fence. It was super easy to install and is holding up really well. It worked perfectly for privacy through my fence. You can still see shadows but it's private. I would recommend to buy. It keeps the strong winds out and stays in tact with strong winds. I suggest using wire to tie down instead of zip ties. The strong winds break the zip ties off.
