The media could not be loaded. I love love love this topiary Uland shrub wall. I searched a lot of options on various sites and ultimately landed here. Firstly, I will say when I opened the box, I was even more impressed on the look and feel of these!! I loved the mixed shrubs, the reviews and the sizing. I wanted to use these pieces beyond just the shrub wall and create an artificial live wall to put in my bedroom (see below of the other materials from Amazon I used). My walls are against my entire building support wall so it's quite tricky to drill in, so my best option was to hang it. What I did to make this happen and install after I connected the panels (which were very easy to assemble) together, I ordered green zip ties (package come with a few as well) and crisscrossed them onto the back of the connected panels for extra support. I did them left to right and top to bottom. When that was done, I flipped it over and assembled the various botanical from ferns to calla lilies. Most of the plants had some bendable wire but for the larger bunches, I also zip tied the plants to the panel base. I used a reference image of a wall I liked for composition. Below I have the list of botanical I used to create this look but you can use anything you like, more flowers, leaves, etc. I wanted mine to be a bit tropical. Okay so now for the hanging. What I did was order 6 feet picture hanging wire and wove it to from top to bottom then to the top again. I drilled the holes I the ceiling (pilot hole first) and then used a 9/16 spade drill but for the hole. You'll likely need a swag hook to push into that newly drilled hole and then hooks attached (attach hooks first). The wall was heavier than I thought to bang so I'm glad I used 4 hooks to hang. What I would do next time is get a piece of wood to go across the top of the wall panel (like a 2x4) and screw the shrub wall to that piece of wood and then anchor the hang wire to the wood, this leave more support as I mentioned the wall is kind of heavy and a little flimsy for hanging purposes. Despite this learning curve, the wall came out great!! I would definitely order from ULAND again, especially to expand the current wall or a new one. I wanted to subtract a star for these reasons: -included “invisible” clips are terrible they easily break and don’t go into drywall easily (even damaged my drywall) -clipping or (especially) unclipping the panels is a little difficult. After doing about 8 my fingers hurt quite a bit However these look excellent! These panels are a little pricey however the details are great and unless I am closely looking from 1-1.5 feet away I can’t tell it’s fake. People ask if it’s real often. Tips: 1. Like others have said, make sure arrows face the same direction 2. Pay attention to the edges - some are better suited to be in a corner while others fluff out! Look before you hang 3. Use screws to mount this on drywall - I did not use studs or drywall inserts just the screw. Recommend 1.5 screws per vertical panel. Overall pretty lightweight 4. Save 1 panel to “fill” in any gaps. Some of the stuff will fall off during installation, use an extra panel to fill any gaps. For 8 panels up I used 1/4 of a panel to “fill”

This looks a lot better in person than the photo. It's sturdy and each large square is comprised of four smaller squares because of that I was able to take some apart and replace it with some of the purple cover I got to give it a more natural look still working on it but I really like how it is turned out so far it makes it so you can't see my backyard from the road and has so far held up to two large storms easy to put on and looks a lot better than my security fence.

Nothing like feeling like your having a staring contest with your neighbor who’s window lines up with yours, so alas I went on a hunt for a way to add more privacy to our fence. I almost bought a roll of awful faux ivy leaves but why not have a beautiful view as well as privacy? So I bought a set of 12 of these panels as well as a set of 6 faux purple flower panels. Assembly was easy. I attached them to 2x8 wood fence panels on top of our fence with only zip ties. It harder then it would’ve been to attach one panel to another on the fence then it would’ve been to attach multiple panels beforehand but I could only do one at a time alone. I mixed the purple and green panels and they do not line up so they couldn’t be attached panel wise, but I zip tied them together. These panels are only 20 inches and the wood panels are 24 inches high leaving a gap, so I may add a border around the panels or change the design so it’s not square panels side by side but it’s a start. I was hoping to cover 64 square feet or 4 fence panels measuring 2x8 feet and wasn’t sure if I’d place the panels inside the wood frames or overlap them so you couldn’t see the wood at all. I ended up covering the frames and I was still short by about 1.5 panels so that’s fun… I just put them up so I need to fluff them up more but the panels are much fuller than the purple and while seriously overpriced they are beautiful and blocked the view.

The media could not be loaded. I have used around twenty different types of artificial hedges panels and flowers on my Woody. That's Convertible Garden Woody for you flatlanders and landlubbers out there. I cut them up and mix them up and generally go nuts. This style is uniquely valuable and attractive because it creates a great edge that none of the others do without special efforts. This is because it lays so low to the ground and it hides the plastic frame that holds the individual stems. For best results, however, know that this style places an individual stem on every other post so to completely hide the frame you will want to pull enough individual stems off spare material to fill in every other post on the exposed edges. Other styles have so much material that you can "borrow" enough and no one can notice. Would recommend it to anyone looking for something artificial, as it has a very good quality.
