I love this coat. Well constructed, really nice material (warm, soft, but not too heavy). I ordered a size smaller than my real size because I wanted to wear it over plain clothes and not on top of a suit-coat. It fits great. The length is really nice when you're seated outside as well, since you can pull it up over your thighs to help keep warm in cool fall weather. The inner and outer pockets are surprisingly deep. Time will tell how they will hold up to use: I believe the pockets are made of polyester like the lining. One of the biggest problems with the coat is that you'll stick out! It does get noticed and commented on frequently; not many people are wearing long Top-coats these days. You'll probably also want to get a scarf since the lapels meet about mid-chest, leaving your upper chest a bit exposed. It does keep wrinkles longer than I would have imagined, so take care of it! Even with careful hanging, I notice some wrinkles/creases persisting. But, to me, that's a very minor point out of all the other benefits. ... show more

This is a nice coat, stylish and the liner is beautiful. However, this is not a heavy coat so I wouldn't wear it in temps below 40 F.
