I love how they feel on the page, that's the main thing. The ink flows with even a light touch, but I've never had a problem with clotting or blotting. The pen itself feels good in the hand, neither too light nor too heavy. For the price, I have a hard time imagining a better pen.

I was looking for some .5 Uni-Ball Vision Elites and they got a bit too expensive. I deliver cars for a living and I need good reliable pens that I don't feel too bad about losing. I also don't like the typical ball-point pens with their thick inconsistent ink and too-light weight, not to mention the pressure required to get a good mark on important forms. These are GREAT. Every bit as smooth and consistent as the Uni-Balls but not nearly as expensive. They also flow very well without too much pressure required. I'm glad I got 40 of them, cause my coworkers are probably gonna be dipping into my stash when I'm not around. For the price, don't hesitate. I'm sure I'd still be happy even if I'd paid way more for them. ... show more

I like them, they're usable. The only problem is that they're a bit unreliable. They sometimes write like they're running out of ink but are brand new and still full. This causes me to accidentally scratch the paper. On a positive note, I enjoy consistent thickness and absence of accidental ink blots. Writing is normally smooth (except when they pretend to run out of ink). They're a great size and feel good in my hand. These are fantastic office pens but I won't be using them for art/lineart. For Artists: They don't like to taper in thickness. You get a single line of the same size. There's very little variance in strokes. They are water resistant, however and dry quickly on most types of paper. There's minimal bleeding in thinner types of paper (like regular notebook paper). ... show more

I bought the 20 pack box of these blue pens. I've been looking for a good 0.5mm fine precision type pen and I think I've finally found the right one. The blue is darker shade of blue almost like a dark navy. The lines are crisp and sharp. The ink flow from the pen to the paper is very clean and consistent. I am big time fan of arteza pens. I have got a batch of black and a batch of blue pens before and was really in love with how smoothly gliding they were. I love writing and have recently started journaling everyday. I wanted to make my content a little colorful and so I ordered the 24 pack multi-color pack. I kept one set of colors out while the other stashed for later use. Recently I happen to test the stashed set for it to be shared with a friend and they were a few pens that had stratchy writing, though the ink was all well writing was not good.
