    • The horn is not for kids under 3
I think they are pretty, but hard to hit glue the month piece on all of them. They can come off. So to protect kids from small parts I prayer over them and glued the black mouth piece on them. They are loud and the kids loved them. I think they should glue the black mouth piece on. I am glad I did. But, will not buy again bc because of having to glue the mouth piece on to protect the children. ... show more

These are great noise makers but like other reviews I saw I only received 11 when the package should hold 12. If that is not the case it should state it in the description but the lable on the bag also said 12. Very disappointing.

Was a huge hit at my daughters birthday party. Only complaint is that one of them didnt work and the end mouth piece will pop out after a while but can be put back on. Overall a recommended buy.

These horns were perfect for the teachers to use for the 11 Pipers Piping video for the 12 Days of Christmas. Afterwards, many of my 2nd grade students wanted one. They actually make quite a loud sound when blown!
