I wasn't sure what to expect with these but was pleasantly surprised by what I got. Essentially you get a mova le floor that can be reassembled and reassembled anywhere you want. The ease with which you can install them makes them able to be placed and replaced anywhere, though a sticky backing would help keep them in place in a forever spot better than just the rubber grip backing. The quality is good, with a very realistic wood appearance, and coloring is good too- I got the grey color and it's a nice pale grey wood look that brightens up the area they're located in. I am assuming they can be cut, but as they're sides on all sides are needed to be interlocked with each other and since they are not actually made from wood I don't know how well that would go, which means that they do need to fit into the spot you place them pretty perfectly or your border will be off. I suggest getting more than one box of them, as the one standard box of 10 of the longer boards is a good amount but will only cover a small area (it covered about half of the area of my front porch which is not terribly large). Good thing is that I've ordered another box to complete the space because I do like these that much. This has made reflooring something accessible to anyone, which is a very cool thing.

Came pretty damaged out of the box. and is breaking in places where peaces lock together.After its been installed for a couple of months would not use them product again.

The click in floors were easy to install. You can cut them with a utility knife and then snap them. You want to use a cheater board for the edges . The cheater board would be a half cut of a board or what ever size you can work with. You put one board on top of the other. This board is the board you will be cutting. Then you use your cheater board to put it on the edge and draw a line on the loose board to know exactly how to cut it. Be mindful to put the board so that you are cutting off the tonge or groove side depending on which side you need. It comes in a 10 pack which might be enough for a closet. If you want to do a larger area you will need to order bases on how much you need. Order 10% extra so you can stagger the lines and because you will be making cuts and not all will be reusable. The floors come with a built in underlayment to not additional padding is needed. It also helps in noise reduction and also works as a vaper barrier. It looks great and is very durable.

honestly I was kinda scepical at first, but these floors really surprised me! They're super easy to put down, like a puzzle, and I can even move 'em around if I change my mind. The wood look is surprisingly real, and the pale grey I got totally brightens up my space. Cutting them was a bit tricky for custom fits, and I wish they stuck a bit better since they're not for permanent spots. Overall, I really like them and I'm getting more to finish my project!

I ordered these for my laundry room and they turned out to be the perfect thing. We actually just created a laundry room out of space in our basement, so used this flooring to help define the space and it made an unbelievable difference. It's also the best option to use on a concrete subfloor, by far. Peel and stick wouldn't really work, and paint wouldn't really give the look I'm going for. This flooring is thick, with great durability, easy to use and install, and comes out to $2.40 sf which basically includes labor if you do it yourself. So, it looks amazing and it's affordable. Definitely looks professional and I have no idea what I'm doing, haha! I didn't have to cut any pieces so I can't speak to that, but the click and lock design works like a charm.
