This is an excellent tool for the price. Its my second one because the first one quit working kind of fast but I decided to give it a second chance and bought another one. The only thing I don't like is that the speed is not variable or adjustable. It doesn't have the torque or strength of a Dremel rotary tool it's mainly for fine details. I have all kinds of rotary tools wired and wireless and decided to add this one because of its size all the accessories and you can recharge it even when it is inside its box. ... show more

So finally had the guy that had Amazon support reach out and send me a replacement after I had issues. Overall the guy I dealt with was great. Still had some issues with the original product but the company did make it right by replacing it. I will be sending the original back so they can figure out what went wrong in it. My initial impressions of the product was great it worked amazing for 3d print touch up. And for my wife doing her nails. It just stopped spooling up. Initially when I reached out to customer support their responses were slow untill I posted a review. Then thier Amazon rep got me taken care of. Just a honest review. ... show more

    • Great design, but no power at all
Its a beautiful design but its basically useless even for small jobs It has no torque whatsover so its very dificult to use I cant find a proper job for this tool Its a shame cause I was very excited for this to work UPDATE: IN THE APP YPU CAN INCREASE RPM TO 30.000 AND MAKE IT MORE POWERFULL
