My wife is very happy with this storage cabinet. She was looking for something with lots of drawers to clear her sewing paraphernalia off of her cutting mat and sewing table. This cabinet fits her needs perfectly. The cutting area is quite large and that is a strong point of this cabinet as well. The only negative issue is that the assembly instructions leave much to be desired.     • But for a screw.... the product is great.

There is a point during the assembly of this cabinet when the directions call for the installation of two keyed locks in the upper corner of the cabinet doors. The directions say to use screws from the packet marked "S2". The screws are driven through the four corners of the lock mechanism into the body of the door. HOWEVER! the screws from packet marked "S2" are 1/16 of an inch too long and wind up going through finished door and poke out the front, damaging the finish. BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE LOCKS: Use a pair of strong pair of wire cutters and nip off 1/4 from the end of the screw before driving it through the lock and into the door. Now I have to figure out a way to cover the damaged finish around one cabinet lock. I WOULD SUGGEST THE KANGAROO PRODUCERS ISSUE A NOTICE TO THE CHINESE MANUFACTURER TO REPLACE THE SCREWS IN PACKET "S2" WITH SHORTER SCREWS, OR INSTRUCT THE BUYER TO CUT OFF 1/4 inch from the tips. Usually, it's me who screws up an assembly (excuse the pun). This is a great product and extremely useful. But it's a great disappointment to get through the entire assembly and have to look at a damaged finished because a screw is too long. Richard ... show more

Horrible idea to order a heavy cabinet like this and expect the parts to be fine. Even the replacement parts from factory arrived with stripped screws and another drawer rail hanging. I ordered Dec.30, it’s now Feb.7th and I am just unwrapping the replacement parts with a living room overflowing with broken parts. Feb. 28th replacement parts round 3 have arrived and the top of the cabinet will not fit. I got my wife up to sit on the top as I hammer it into place, it is still not evenly aligned. Seller is in Texas, even if I wanted to return it I need to cover the shipping fees, this has been a disaster. ... show more

This replaced the wobbly table I had bought originally to cut large pieces of fabric on. I regret not buying it sooner. The storage is also amazing. Only downside was it did come with some damage, but it doesn’t change the integrity of the piece.
