    • Nice fit, but didn’t work out for me (or mom) 🙁
I had high hopes for these for my tone deafness, (due to the great reviews) but after using them for several days, I couldn’t figure out how to adjust them so I wouldn’t hear myself talking. It sounded like my own voice echoing. Drove me nuts. Also, maybe because this is my first time using a hearing appliance, I couldn’t wear them for more than about 3 hours without them making me feel dizzy. The left one also faded in and out. It would turn on for a bit, then off. I emailed the company, but they only told me to try the things I already knew, like making sure they’re charged (duh). Ok, with that being said, I liked the way they fit, they were comfortable to wear. One improvement they could make, is to figure out a way to announce verbally or show with a number on the app, which volume each ear is at. I had no idea until it “beeped” that I was at max volume. I also had my dad buy a set for my 90 yr old mom, who is more deaf than me, and she also heard her voice echoing, so refused to wear them. ... show more

    • If you need an amplifier they are fine.
Did like the ability to tune them. That does help. However, the kind of hearing loss I have is complicated. It’s not just attenuation, but it’s also a garbling distortion in my left ear. Frustrating. These do work well and set up super easy. Performance as earbuds isn’t great soundwise, but that’s not really their primary function. You can hear better? Yeah to some degree. And it might work for you better than me. It’s just my issue. I sent mine back and got a $3k set of Eargo. They work better, invisible, but dollar for dollar these are a better value if you have mild attenuation type hearing loss. Try em. Send em back if not. ... show more

    • A potentially good product gone bad!
Here is a product with great potential gone BAD! Ordering is a nightmare in that the packaging and labeling doesn't lend itself well to on-line ordering. It took me ordering it 3 times to get the right one. WiFi, app, is marginal in performance and instructions. No mater how I tried, it would not remain in my ears. The worst part: If it didn't have so many problems, it would have met my needs perfectly. Because of my type of hearing loss similar to aging hearing loss, I could have benefited from this device for 58 years. ... show more

I don't know how well the hearing aids work because the app kept disconnecting ever few minutes and was a total pain to reconnect. Believe the ratings. Find something else.
