I was really excited when I got these and was even more excited to test them out. I didn't realize they were so fine tipped when I bought them so I was a little surprised when I took the cap off. Over all I think it's a cool product. I wouldn't say it's completely beginner friendly because the tip of the marker is a hard plastic which makes it a little difficult to maneuver especially on fragile canvases but the colors are so pigmented and beautiful I don't completely mind. I think I would rate this product a 8.5/10. I love that it's portable and super accessible but the tip of the marker makes using it a little difficult.

Using these for the first time for painting some rocks. I can't believe the detail I was able to paint with confidence. The pens were fun to use, the paint dried quickly so I didn't get it all over my fingers. These are a value for the money, the colors went on pretty thick, so I didn't have to apply a second coat.

There are many types of markers on the market. As an artist, I didn't like having to shake the pen to get it to work. It's okay if you use them often, but they do tend to dry so you have to keep shaking and dabbing to get the paint to come out. I bought another brand that had different tips on each end and you don't have to shake. They are great. TANMIT is the set I bought on Amazon.

These have great flow and work great on my wood projects, I epecially love the gold, the only thing is I wish the red was a tad darker it looks almost pink when used on harder surfaces and I wish there was a more christmasy green/evergreen color in the set, the pastel/neon green does make a nice grinch color though.
