Well not quite forever, but a long time. They are thick and semi opaque, but they don't make me feel hot when the weather is scorching. They are super easy to put on because they are so stretchy. I am too old to engage in gymnastics when I put on a pair of pantyhose, and it's not necessary with these. I am a very white woman, so the nude color works fine for me. You might want to order a darker shade if your ancestry is from anywhere other than Gaelic countries. These might be a little more expensive than other brands, but they last so long that it's worth it. I know the instructions say to wash by hand, but I put them in the washer on delicate cycle and then air dry them. It seems to work well.

To call these tights “indestructible” is laughable. When trying them on for the first time (not even wearing them throughout a day), they immediately sustained a large run/rip starting from the waist which ran down half of one leg. I couldn’t believe it, as I’d been very careful while putting them on. When I logged in to Amazon to attempt an exchange/refund, I was floored & disgusted to learn that the company requires the physical return of the worn tights in their original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund. Not sure how that’s even possible, since you need to all but destroy the outer plastic to use the product, & it’s terribly unhygienic to require the physical worn product back. Do not buy these tights. Wasteful & misleading.

So far so good have not gotten any snacks or ribs and that usually happens within the first 5 to 7 hours of me having them on and I’ve wore them probably 3 to 4 times now. Worth a try if you’re somebody like me that seems to always snag your tights. The size guide is perfect to sizing them out though. Mine fit fantastic. I think I went a size up, so I usually wear a medium and I think I went up with a large which you usually do it tight anyways, and that worked out perfectly
