Delivery was quick. Boxes were beat up but no fault of Amazon or manufacturer and fortunately no damage. Super easy to assemble. Bought 3 stools and it took 15 minutes total to assemble all. Stools are extremely sturdy and they have the rustic look I was going for. Exactly as pictured. The seat is large which i wanted to accomodate my big/tall guests. Cushions are a nice material (cross between faux leather/suede) but not fake looking. Comfort wise seats were a little hard but will most likely soften up once used. They were just delivered today so i cant speak to durability but once my new kitchen is complete and we use the stools I will follow up to include additional feedback and pictures. 5 stars for delivery, assembly and looks/quality. We've all sat on bar stools where all legs aren't the same length, and that little bit of rocking is annoying. We bought 4 of these, and they are all of good quality. I purchased these after others I had ordered that weren't the height stated. These are 26" from floor to seat. They are sturdy , easy to assemble 4 nuts and bolts. Heads up as the hardware was hidden. I wound up calling the company support number. The stated they would be happy to set a Fed X express package. They were a pleasure to speak with and resolve the issue. I wound up finding them taped to a leg hidden under the wrap. I am very pleased with these bar chairs. The French blue and gray color is very rich looking. The faux leather is soft and cleans easily. Sturdy chairs were easy to assemble. Very comfy and big enough for a big person. I get compliments on them quite often.

Finish is good. I ordered four; three were perfect and one had a small wrinkle in the seat fabric. Returned that chair and the replacement I ordered was fine. I ordered three of these chairs. When the first one came I was surprised at how light weight the box was. I liked the look, but they look better online, then in my home. The legs on the chairs were not level on not one, but two of the chairs. Let me sum it up, they are not well made, light weight, and the vinyl is cheap, definitely not worth the price. I shop a lot! The price point for these chairs should be about $129.00. If you buys these chairs you are buying them for the looks and the looks only, not quality. I need four more bar height chairs and they definitely will not be these. I do not want to go through the trouble of sending them back, so I’ll used them for about a year and then put them in a yard sale. ... show more

I bought a used stool from Amazon warehouse and it was in like new condition. The problem was when I tried to swivel the stool to sit on it, at times the whole stool moved. In my opinion, the stool is on the small side and will be uncomfortable for medium to heavy frame persons. I am 5'8" and weight 125 lbs and can not sit on the stool for very long. With approval for return of item, thru UPS, item had to be in boxed but the box it came in was so tattered it was not in reusable condition so UPS had to box item at a cost of Bought used stool from Amazon resale and it arrived in Tattered box but the stool was in very good condition. At times, when I tried to swivel the stool to sitting position, the whole chair moved which was unacceptable. Upon return approval thru UPS, UPS would not accept tattered box for shipment so I had to pay $67.00 for new box. I am 5'8" and weigh 130# and chair is on the small side for me. ... show more
