We bought 4 chairs and 3 of them are already starting to peel after only 3 months of using. Very poor quality. At this rate the chair is going to be completely ruined in a year. We contacted the manufacturer to get replacements and they said that the peeling is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty. First of all, it arrived damaged. And looks like it was damaged during production because I can’t see how it could get such damage during shipping. Second, it looks soooo cheap! Seriously, the quality of stitches and overall quality of all parts is so low that I would never offer this stool to any of my guests. Third, BUYERS BE AWARE! You cannot return this stool to Amazon. You just cannot take it apart after the assembly. You simply can’t! I contacted the seller and this is the response I’ve got, “ Because there is a hydraulic built into this item, the base and legs do not disassemble once assembled. This is to ensure customers' safety.” Really? How I supposed to send it back then? I’m so disappointed!!! ... show more
