I've had this product 4yrs now and recently had to purchase a new case from the same company. I'm clumsy and i'm always dropping my phone. I don't worry about having physical damage on my Note 10+ because the case is tough as nails! When l drop my phone, it tends to bounce off the corners or lands on it's back, rarely landing face down. This has been the toughest, most reliable phone case i've ever owned as well. It's solid in your hands and the peace of mind I get knowing my phone is well protected is priceless, well worth the investment. The kick-stand and the charge port cover can be fortified. The charge port cover came off between the 6-12 month period. The constant opening and closing wears the port cover off until it eventually peels off. I love the port cover feature, it keeps my charge port clear from lint & debris. The kick-stand can be fortified as well. The inner piece that clicks into place broke off about 7 months in. I have an office job so I rely heavily on the kick-stand. When the inner piece of the kick-stand broke off, I was still able to use the kick-stand but I had to balance my phone right so it wouldn't tip over. It wasn't a big deal but within the last 2 weeks, the actual kick-stand finally broke off, leaving a hole on my case. My old case is still functional and offers maximum protection. Since l love those 2 features and it provides great protection, I decided to get a new case. If the kick-stand can be made from tougher materials instead of plastic, the kick-stand has the potential to last a very long time. -Luis ... show more

That's are no dislikes! I'm a HUGE fan of ArmadilloTek. I'm on my 2nd one only because I wanted a change in color. Had my first one for over 5 years, was going on 6, then I went with a blue (which is really cool shade of blue). It has saved my phone SEVERAL times, not even a scratch much less a cracked screen from dropping it, even landing on its face. Now, let's get to $. This is the second one of these bad a** cases I've purchased. The 1st one last 4 years and I am not careful. It was on film sets and location with me getting dropped on concrete, rocks, dirt and a bunch of other crap. I have broken many phones. Not this one. Hardly even a scratch... after 4 years. So I'm keeping the phone (and I'venever had a phone go past the end of a contract and here I am at 4 years) and buying a new case.
